After the incident of pranks caused by Ed, Edd, and Eddy, the kids of the cul-de-sac forgave them for what they done and everything was back to normal. Two months had gone by and it there was only a few days of summer vacation. But instead of a colder weather to an ending of summer, the current day was hotter than any of the other days in town! The water pumping ran slow, so it was going to be a challenge trying to cool off on this scorching day. Fortunately Edd knows a lake was accurately 10 miles away where they live so they could relax in the hot condition. Eddy doesn't want to travel to the lake on foot, so he came up with a way to reach the body of water in the nick of time, a catapult! Strangely enough, Edd's brain and science calculations only took an hour to prepare such a large contraption. The boys were adding the final touches onto the wooden machine, chuckling and sweating at the excitement to test it out.

"Hmm... Something doesn't seem right..." Edd continuously checked his calculations over and over, as he fiddles with his pencil, trying to find out what was the mission calculation on his blueprints.

Eddy was too busy inspecting the catapult to see if it was durable enough to be able to carry three passengers. "Hey what's the hold up Edd?" He obnoxiously asked as he rushed the ending of his inspection.

"You can never rush through safety and perfection Eddy, how many times must I tell you that?" He said while closing his book as he neatly puts it away in his house, only making Eddy roll his eyes.

He waited for him to return, also wondering where was Ed, because they were gonna leave very soon. "Hey as you seen Ed? I told him to meet us her exactly in-" just before he could finish his sentence, he sees the view of a one man (or in this case, a one Ed) stampede rushing to the Catapult without no signs of slowing down. And soon enough, he comes into heavy impact onto the wooden invention, not breaking it, but making a creeping sound. The sound when someone opens a door and it makes that creeping sound, while launching Eddy 10 feet into the sky and back.

"Take it easy Ed! You'll might break this catapult and I can't afford another second wasted!" He finished scolding at Ed.

"Sorry Eddy! I was finishing the last scene of the new monster movie!" Ed recovers from the head blow from the crash, but couldn't move at all.

Edd rushes outside in his new swim trucks, and hands Ed and Eddy what appears to be a fish bowl and an oxogen tank connected by a vacuum tube. "What's with the astronaut helmets Edd?" The shortest of the Eds asked as he looks at the tank. "Pardon me, but we will need to find a way to keep out lungs calm as we launch into the lake. You see, as we fly, our lungs will have trouble trying to-" Eddy stuffs Edd's mouth with his hand and grabs a rope.

"Put a sock in it sock head, we should get going now, alright Ed! Start the launch!" He waits to see if it worked, but something was keeping him from completing the launching sequence inside of the catapult. As he crashed in, his head was stuck inside the catapult, but he did find a small monitor of the machine and decided to literally push all of its buttons.

"Ohhh.... Shiny mini Tv operator..." Ed begins to poke around at the level sequence, which determines the strength of how far the loaded objects on the mechanical catapult will take them, and accidentally breaking it. The monitors screen cracked and only shows, "?????" Ed peeps out an "Uh oh." But Eddy yanks the rope up as Ed was pulled up with the other two.

"Alright boys! We go in three... Two... One... And..............." His and the other Ed's hearts pound second by second as he pressed the "Launch" button. Nothing happens for a minute, which Eddy pouts, "What a piece of junk, why did we-" The catapult did more then just launch the Eds in the air, IT SHOT THE ED'S INTO THE SKY ITSELF!

Hearing nothing but the very screams out from Edd and Eddy, Ed was apparently having a great time in the air, humming songs such as, "I believe I can fly" or "Best day of my life" He was indeed soaring like a bird! Eddy spots they passed the lake miles ago and throws his head at Edd, "WHY ON EARTH ARE WE FLYING THIS FAR SOCK HEAD?!?!" Edd was breathing heavily in his fish bowl oxogen tank, trying to speak complete sentences. "I DONT..... KNOW!! I KNEW THERE WAS... SOMETHING WRONG IN THE... CALCULATIONS!!! BUT WERE NOT JUST LEAVING THE CUL-DE-SAC LOOK!!!!"

Eddy looks back seeing that the cul-de-sac was nowhere to be seen and he loses himself in his mind, "Oh man... Without the Cul-de-sac the three of us are pray in the jungle out here! We gotta find help immediately when we land...." After his thoughts were cleared, he returned to the terrific reality was was rushing through them like a group of angry bulls. "HOW LONG WILL WE FLY LIKE THIS?!?! Edd looks at the screaming Eds and back only to Eddy, "I DONT KNOW!!! WE WILL HAVE TO WAIT AND TO PREPARE FOR ANOTHER MISADVENTURE BACK TO OUR HOME!!!"

They see that they are passing one state after another in each and every 10 minutes, they are still flying at uncontrollable velocities. The Ed boys have no idea how far and how fast they are traveling at but even if they did land, it was not gonna be pretty to experience the actual falling sequence from a real flight. But that was one of the many things they had to worry about, how will they land? Where will they land? What will they do if they survive this horrifnying rocket flight?? It all depends of the location they land... To be continued...
