Margo Sullivan stood outside Kai Haruchi's office for the first time since the day she'd been transferred. And she'd be lying if she said she was ready.

Her perfectly manicured hands hovered over the knob as she contemplated sending Julia to do the job. Her stomach twisted nervously as she took deep calming breaths, closing her eyes.

After a few indecisive moments, her eyes fluttered open. Some kind of a storm was raging inside the vivid blue.

"Mr.Haruchi, the event starts in ten minutes..."

Kai looked up from his work and smiled at her in a very uncharacteristic manner. Margo could feel her heart flutter, but felt guilty at the same time.

"Sure, Go!" he exclaimed as he immediately got up. Known for his somewhat enchanting looks and extreme methods of interviewing, Kai was a force to be reckoned with in the media industry. All at nineteen.

He walked out of the room, leaving behind a slightly stunned Margo. Margo took a quick look around and realised that nothing about him had changed. Since the day she'd left him.

She shut the door and walked behind him, making sure to muffle her footsteps. Kai was smiling from ear to ear and Margo ended up wondering why he was being so nice.

They reached the shooting spot where a number of cameras had been set. A slightly confused look took over Kai's features. The stylist walked up to him and laid her hands on his hair. Kai immediately jerked his head away and looked at her, bewildered. He then turned around to face Margo, questioningly.

Margo smiled at him, urging him to go on.

Kai slowly shook his head and bolted outside. Margo ran after him, a bunch of thoughts swirling in her head like the leaves of autumn.

And everyone else just stared at the running man.
