Dawn approaches...

Soldier 1: "Wyvern bodies?!"

The people step out of the shelter to find an unconscious Marcus surrounded by the bodies of Wyverns.

Civilians: "Wh-Who did this?!"

The only person in the area is Marcus.

Soldier 2: "This child?"

Two soldiers hoist Marcus onto a third as the people look at how little damage was actually dealt to the city.

Soldier 3: "We'd better see just what happened."

They escort Marcus to a set of barracks in the wall protecting the town.

Meanwhile...

Civilians: "The town!"

Another shelter opens up to identical conditions as the last, but with an unconscious Nicholas.

Soldier 1: "Was this that child's doing?"

A soldier picks up Nicholas.

Solder 2: "Let's see what's his story."

The soldiers take Nicholas to the barracks nearby.

Meanwhile...

Soldier 1: "Hey?"

The civilians have long since left the barracks as a soldier tries to awaken the knocked out Elizabeth.

Soldier 2: "No good. We'd better take her to the barracks for questioning."

The soldier picks up Elizabeth before heading to the barracks.

Several hours later...

Marcus: "(drowsy) What?"

Marcus has awoken in the bed of a soldier.

Soldier: "Was it you who killed those Wyverns?"

Marcus: "(shaking head) Yeah..."

Meanwhile...

Nicholas: "(drowsy) What the hell?"

Nicholas awakens in a soldier's bed.

Soldier: "Did you dispose of those Wyverns?"

Nicholas: "(shaking head) Yeah, but..."

Meanwhile...

Elizabeth: "(drowsy) I feel so... strange."

Elizabeth awakens in a soldier's bed.

Soldier: "Are you okay?"

Elizabeth sits up, only for fear to lock her in place.

Elizabeth: "(in head) N-Not them?"

Soldier: "I'm not going to do anything."

Elizabeth does her best to ease up as all three say the same sentence at the same moment.

Heroes: "The heart of Teria."

With Marcus...

Soldier: "What about the heart of Teria?"

Marcus stands up with no issues.

Marcus: "I need to get there as soon as possible."

With Nicholas...

Nicholas: "I can't waste any time."

Nicholas stands up and begins walking towards the door.

Soldier: "He doesn't have a single scratch?"

With Elizabeth...

Elizabeth: "I-I need to go."

Elizabeth darts out of the barracks before the soldier can even blink.

Soldier: "What was her problem?"
