Lyra: "What about them being Constellations?"

The black mist is pouring out the cave like the aftermath of a broken dam.

Eclipse: "Didn't I say? Those three were potential Constellations... until my brother got a hold of them."

The man is trying to get to his knees, but he's coughing blood like a madman.

World: "(weakly) We can find a balance..."

Eclipse: "No, everyone and everything that isn't a Wyvern has no purpose."

He looks back at the heroes.

Eclipse: "With our souls in an eternal link, I know what you've seen."

Ara: "What they've seen?"

He walks up to them, nice and slow.

Eclipse: "One who's home was burned to the ground as others watched and let him suffer..."

Marcus locks up.

Eclipse: "... one who had no family when all he had left faded away and no one ever gave him a second look..."

Nicholas locks up.

Eclipse: "... and a girl who's family was murdered out of jealousy and was sold into slavery with no remorse."

Elizabeth locks up.

Eclipse: "Humans are cruel and vile beings that don't care about their surroundings or each other."

World: "(weakly) Don't listen..."

Pyxis: "Wow..."

They can feel as though a bottle they've been keeping shut as tightly as possible is about to burst open.

Dorado: "Then why are you on his side?! You see what humans can do!"

World lets three tiny orbs of light form in his hand.

World: "(weakly) Because they know what he really wants!"

He tosses the orbs straight at them, pulling them back to their senses.

Heroes: "You're not going to stop at humans"

A slight smirk forms on his face.

Eclipse: "(smirking) Now I have to put an end to more than just my greatest enemies."

Their allies realize exactly what they meant by that.

Orion: "What didn't you tell us?!"

Eclipse's entire stance goes from calm and negotiable to malicious and determined.

Eclipse: "Remember when I said anything that isn't a Wyvern doesn't have a purpose?"

The air grows cold.

Crux: "Y-You're actually going to destroy Teria?!"

Eclipse: "And why shouldn't I?"

They feel as though a truth hiding just beneath their noses just finally came up to say hello.

Vulpecula: "Why?!"

Lupus: "We'll kill you!"

This revelation has completely turned them over to the side of justice.

Eclipse: "I don't need you anymore anyways."

The heroes ready their default stances.

Marcus: "That's why we're fighting."

Nicholas: "We know humans are cruel and heartless, but at least they won't turn the place we call a home into ash!"

Elizabeth: "Everyone here will defeat you once and for all!"

Eclipse looks back at his dying brother.

Eclipse: "I almost had them."

World: "(weakly) That's why I did it."

Their eyes are sparking.

Marcus: "Don't worry, we'll make this quick!"

Eclipse looks back.

Eclipse: "Then I'll take care of your final cycle."

The final battle has begun...
