The man is watching at the bonds on the mist begins to leak more wildly, allowing the faint image of a Wyvern to be seen through it.

Eclipse: "They aren't anywhere close to here yet brother."

Man: "They will get here on time, they always do brother."

Eclipse: "You're putting faith in something impossible. They were reborn too late."

Man: "No, their original hosts were born on time and they had to be reborn again quickly."

Eclipse: "(smugly) All because humans relish in the fall of others and will do nothing for them."

The man clenches his fists out of guilt and hope.

With Marcus...

Marcus's Wyvern Hunter has more scales than the previous time as well as the light fuses with his chain.

Marcus: "Now this means that-"

Pyxis's voice is in his head.

Pyxis: "You beat me again Sun."

Orion: "(awkwardly) Why did I have to get stuck with Pyxis? Lupus or Crux would've been ten times better."

Pyxis: "Now what's that supposed to mean?"

Marcus's scales shift into a hammer.

Marcus: "(nauseous) an I not have a conversation going on when I'm about to hurl?"

Pyxis: "The smell bothers you that much? I really like it."

Orion: "(awkwardly) That's why."

Marcus stumbles his way back out of the sewers...

With Nicholas...

Nicholas is currently riding in a raft that luckily drifted towards him as the blue light fuses with the chain.

Nicholas: "(awkwardly) Now to have twice the number of-"

Corvus's voice is in his head.

Corvus: "(annoyed) Why did you do that to me?! That's almost as bad as last time!"

Lyra: "(awkwardly) When you trap someone this far out at sea and try to drown them, that kind of happens."

Corvus: "(annoyed) You think I care?!"

Nicholas checks his Wyvern Hunter to find more scales on him as well and his scales bend upwards as though he was about to shoot.

Nicholas: "Seems like this one will come in handy."

Lyra: "A-And mine isn't?!"

Nicholas: "I-I didn't say that."

Nicholas begins paddling for his long journey to shore.

With Elizabeth...

Elizabeth watches as her body develops more scales as the yellow light fuses with her chain.

Elizabeth: "(breathing heavily) That should do-"

Lupus's voice is in her head.

Lupus: "You know it won't."

Ara: "Still advocate about this?"

Elizabeth's hands are covered by razor sharp scales.

Elizabeth: "I just defeat doesn't always change your mind."

She heads back into the trees.

Lupus: "(sighing) At least I'm not stuck with Pyxis."

Ara: "Anything is better than being stuck with Pyxis."
