The next day...

Nicole: "If someone wants to tag in, just give me a call."

Nicole, Dawn, Connor, Matthew, and Jeremy are the lucky ones to be heading out.

Dominic: "So that Teleportation Wave can grab us as long as you have an idea of where we are?"

Nicole: "Sounds about right."

The fighters grab their weapons.

Ashley: "Just don't get your asses handed to you."

Connor: "Who do you think you're talking to?"

Carmen: "You."

Awkward moment of silence...

Jeremy: "Let's get going before the roast settles in."

Jeremy awkwardly drags Connor out of the building.

Meanwhile...

Tillios: "Now it's time for the Streamline Echo to fall."

Tillios stands inside of a dusty cellar filled with broken clocks and dusty tools while wearing a maroon Relay Gear.

Tillios: "This destiny won't save you."

A half hour later...

Matthew: "Do you have a pun Connor?"

Connor: "I guess we're not running out of time."

The group has awkwardly arrived at the large, vacant clock shop.

Dawn: "(sighing) You didn't have to ask."

Nicole: "Let's just hurry up and go before he spouts another one."

They equip their Relay Gear.

Connor: "I've got a good-"

Jeremy covers Connor's mouth.

Jeremy: "We've got way too many puns here."

Nicole opens the door to find the lights turned off.

Dawn: "I'm on it."

Dawn turns on the light, revealing dozens of ticking clocks lining the walls.

Connor: "Whoa..."

Everyone steps inside, allowing the door to lock behind them.

Jeremy: "Looks like we're about to have some fun."

Enemies stand guard at the entrance to the storeroom.

Connor: "Shock Wave!"

The enemies are knocked out by a single blast of electricity.

Nicole: "Nice one."

Dawn: "He's got the offensive Waves."

They enter the storeroom.

Meanwhile...

Dominic: "Come on guys!"

The others are fending off against a few enemies.

Twenty minutes later...

Dawn: "Itch Wave!"

Dawn sends a few enemies into an itchy frenzy when they arrive at some loose floorboards that lead to the secret cellar.

Connor: "Subzero Wave!"

The enemies are frozen solid.

Jeremy: "Who knew there'd be a secret cellar in a place like this?"

Matthew: "(awkwardly) Actually-"

Nicole: "Come on. He's got to be in there."

Dawn: "He'd better because I want to get the hell out of here."

The others head down the passage while Matthew awkwardly stands there.

Matthew: "(awkwardly) Okay..."

Matthew follows into the abyss.

???: "So you've come at last."

Tillios stands before the Rebirth Crusaders.

Connor: "So you're the chosen one for the usual ass kicking."

She examines the whole team.

Tillios: "More like I'm the one chosen to return a favor."

Her Stream Echo forms behind her.

Tillios: "Let us decimate then Cleopatra! Sand Wave!"

The floor is crumbling into sand.

Dawn: "(sarcastically) Isn't that amazing? Revolution Wave!"

The ground beneath Tillios is crumbling as well.

Tillios: "Hawkeye Wave!"

Her vision focuses as a green aura surrounds her, allowing her eyes to take aim on the helpless heroes as she simply walks around the heroes, avoiding Dawn's counterattack.

Tillios: "Venom Wave."

Jeremy takes a poison needle to the chest.

Jeremy: "H-How did... you..."

Jeremy can't move at all.

Tillios: "One by one."

She can tell exactly what they're trying to do.

Dawn: "How about th-"

Dawn suffers the same fate.

Tillios: "Only a matter of time."

The remaining three squirm like a fly in a spider web.

Matthew: "I can't aim for my Ring Wave!"

Connor: "We're just fucked then?!"

Tillios: "The ability to immobilize an enemy."

She takes aim at Matthew as he sinks deeper and deeper.

Matthew: "I need to do-"

An orange light flashes in his eyes.

Matthew: "Hawkeye Wave!"

Matthew's body does the same as Tillios.

Tillios: "I-I thought the Progressive Wave-"

Jeremy: "(weakly) Only worked when I was conscious?"

Jeremy and Dawn are still conscious.

Nicole: "Guys!"

Tillios: "H-How?!"

Matthew has the perfect shot lined up.

Matthew: "Ring Wave!"

Tillios is bound and the floor stops crumbling.

Connor: "Nice! Shock Wave!"

Connor electrocutes Tillios, frying her like a scrambled egg.

Nicole: "Nice one!"

Tillios: "(weakly) That new Wave..."

Nicole slugs through the sand and grabs hold of everyone.

Nicole: "I've already got the police on their way."

Dawn: "(weakly) Please just hurry..."

Nicole: "Teleportation Wave!"

They all vanish in the blink of an eye...
