Several days later...

Connor: "So... what are we doing?"

Everyone is awkwardly standing in the main plaza of the mall after school, with Carmen sporting a denim jacket and a silver chain.

Carmen: "I'd say we're looking like a bunch of idiots."

Dominic: "No, I just thought it'd be a good idea to hang out and get to know each other while Matt goes to grab some Relay Gear parts."

Carmen sits down next to the central fountain.

Carmen: "You could've at least had us in the cafe."

Dominic: "(awkwardly) I left my key inside when I went out and Matt locked the door."

Awkward moment of silence...

Ashley: "Seriously?"

Dawn sits at the fountain next to Carmen and pulls out her handheld.

Dawn: "Well, I'm just going to bust out a little Blaster Ball."

Dawn plays away as Ashley jumps onto social media.

Connor: "This looks about right."

Matthew: "Where's Jeremy?"

Jeremy: "Over here."

Jeremy hands everyone a bottle of water.

Dominic: "Thanks."

Jeremy: "Doesn't hurt to-"

A paper airplane dives from above and lands at Carmen's feet.

Carmen: "A paper airplane? Seriously?"

Jeremy picks up and unfolds it.

Dominic: "What're you-"

The airplane is a message from the enemy.

Matthew: "A-Already?!"

Jeremy: "(reading) Send whoever you please. I'll be armed and ready for you at the abandoned farmer's market at the edge of town tomorrow at 4 p.m. I will not fail my mission."

Dawn: "Well, go kick some ass."

Matt strolls by with his supplies.

Matt: "What're you-"

Connor: "We're kicking ass and taking names tomorrow!"
