We received this message through a strong radio broadcast two weeks ago, we aware that this meant bad news you see, many years we sent probes down to "earth" as they call it. we saw the brutality of humanity, when something, or something came that was different they killed it.
We are not the most prettiest looking race with red skin and horns we look a bit scary we knew then we had to anything to stop them from coming or it could mean genicide for our race.
That day, when we went to elders, kala the eldest seer saw a vision of a hero clad in iron that would would protect us, that they would come from the sky, she said this hero would come from us.
Our people were so happy we celebrated for three days strait. The three moons even looked brighter at the joyous news.
The party was amazing we had giant roasted peppers, and enjoyed music and sang until our voices faded. We sung the traditional songs of our people into the night, we had huge bonfires blazing, the elders told stories of when they were young, uncle told jokes about the first probe we created. Then as we started to tire we retreated back to the city only to wake and repeat.
It took another four days to clean up the mess that we had made after the party, all were smiling at the memories of the party, then they came.
A huge roar split across the sky, flames raced across the sky's, then a huge metal thing came splinting the sky's in two.
My people cheered not knowing the danger they thought it was the vision coming to life becoming real.
