Star Pov
I entered my house and heard my name being called from the kitchen and I walk towards it to see my parents with worried looks "Hey mom, hey dad.." they looked annoyed and upset "Star where did you go? You had us worried?" I roll my eyes "That's a first..I was at a party okay and I got tired so I stayed at a friends house, so you don't need to worry" my dad stood up "We do worry about you star, I know me and your mother work but we still keep you in our minds, and to your safe and sound"

I cross my arms and looked down at my feet "It doesn't feel like I even exist, you guys see me once a week and that's on Sunday which is today..I'm going to my room and shower, bye" I walk out the kitchen and go take a shower and lay in bed and hold my pillow and cry...I never felt so alone in my life, my parents are barely there and my once best friend isn't talking to me..I look through my contacts and see Marcos number and call him 'Hey..Um can I come over for a bit?"

I put on my shoes and walk out the house without saying a word to my parents and get to Marcos house "Star?" I ran into Marcos arms and cried, and I held on him tight and he let me and he rubbed my back "Let it out Star" I tried pulling myself together "They..we're never..there" I stuttered while I cried and Marco brought me up to his room and he closed it I sat on his bed with my legs crossed "Are you talking about your parents not being there or something?"

I nodded and lay my head on his shoulder "Yeah..I feel so alone and I had a best friend but we aren't speaking anymore, I'm glad your here with me.." he wrapped his arm around me "No problem Star, that's what friends are for" I smile "Your my best friend Marco" he smiled and rubbed up and down my shoulders "So..my parents said I'm grounded for 3 days and I can't go to your house for those days, they let you come over but I'm not allowed over there for those days" I giggled and put my hair in a messy bun "Sorry...I'll be grounded with you"

he chuckles and lays in the bed and covers his face "You don't have to do that, but I gotta say it was rush last night even though J remember parts of it" I laughed "Yeah I didn't even know when I striped? I'm pretty sure I made out with someone but I have no clue who it was..whoever he was had soft lips and a great kisser" I thought of the mystery guy I pretty sure kissed, but I don't remember "At least you got some, all I got was beer in my face, that's why I said it was horrible" I lay down looking at him

"Yeah, and I said dong worry, you'll have another chance, did you find out why she did it" he shrugs "I guess her parents got her mad, who knows?" I looked at Marco as he looks up and I blush..he's pretty cute but I'm helping him get with Jackie.."You okay Star?" I pop of my trance and move closer and cuddle up to him "I need a nap, your my pillow okay" he chuckles "Alright..I might need one too" I giggled and rubbed my face in his shirt and fell asleep..

*Dream realm*

I lay next to Marco and we talk about random things and we look at each other and I blush and he does too "Star...since you came into my life, it's been interesting and fun, you also got me to be outgoing and more confident" I smile "Aw thanks Marco, your great at keeping me safe" he chuckles and I move closer to him and he flips me over and I'm looking up at him and we're blushing "Uh..okay Marco what's going on?" He shakes his head "No idea but it feels right.." I feel my heartbeat racing as he's still on top of me "Don't just sit there..kiss me you fool" he has a confused expression and I pull his face and we kiss and the kiss felt just like the party..wait a minute was it Marco that I kissed?!

I open my eyes so quick and I'm looking at a sleeping Marco and I move from his arms and sit up and hold myself..Marco is my mystery kisser..wow we must have been very wasted..I look at my phone and its 5 pm, we have been asleep for 4 hours? God..as I move to fix my hair in front of his mirror his mom opens and smiles "Hey, can we talk for a minute?" I nodded and walked out without making a sound "Yes?" She smiles "I saw you and Marco cuddling on the bed, I thought it was awfully kinda too friendly, are you two dating?"

I blush and nervously laugh "No, we aren't I just needed a friend, been going through a lot in my family, I'm sorry if it made you think of me differently" she soften her expression and hugged me "I'm here for you too" I hugged back and for once I felt welcomed "Thank you Mrs Diaz" "Call me Angie, would you mind staying for dinner?" I smile "I would love too, thank you" she nods and walks off and I go back to Marcos room and finally woke up

"Hey..what time is it?" I look at my phone again "5:25" he nods and gets up and stretches and I see his stomach and I look away "Your mom said dinner is later" he nods "Star you okay?" I nod, I can't let him know he actually kissed someone and it was me! "Yeah..just a little groggy from our nap" he rubs the sleep out of his eyes and walks out the room "Hey, I wanna show you something" he grabbed my arm and we went to a wall of books "Okay Marco, I think you officially lost your mind, and I thought I was crazy"

he smirks and pulls down a book and the book case moves "Secret door...so cool" I said smiling "yeah my secret room, I come here to think or have fun, I have arcade games and video game systems, want to play just dance?" I nodded and he put on beauty and the beat and it was fun, I laughed so much at how competitive he is when he plays video games, such a try hard "Ha I win Star, in your face!" I laugh and give him props "Yeah out 6, but at least you tried, I give you props"

he laughs and we sat on the bean bag chairs "So no one knows this room?" He nods "My parents and close friends" I smile "I'm the close friend?" He nods "No your my best friend" I get up and sit on his lap "Your the best" I hugged him making us fall on the floor and we laugh and I didn't know how close we were and I moved and blushed a little "Sorry got carried away" he sighs "It's cool, let's go dinner is probably ready" he helps me up and we walk downstairs and we enter the huge kitchen "There you kids are, go on and get a plate, food is on the table"

I giggle and we grab food and sit down and I see Marcos dad, Marco and him look alike "You must be star, so nice to finally meet you, your really pretty" I smile "Dad, please not now" he nods and we eat and his family seem so caring, no wonder Marco has a caring side..
