As I walked home I thought about Star, she's actually pretty cute but I still have my eyes on Jackie, I take glances at her huge house and sigh, she seems cool maybe she could help me get with Jackie? I don't know i gotta get to know Star better to be able to help..as I enter my house my mom hugs and kisses me "How was school?" I shrug "The usual, I made a new friend, she's pretty cool" my m smiled

"Is she a special friend?" I blush and shake my head quickly "No! Not that type of friend! She's just a girl who's my friend mom" she smiles and walks into the kitchen I walk upstairs to my normal sized room, she must be one of those rich kids that gets everything she wants..I take out my homework and do some of it but I couldn't really focus because my phone kept ringing and

I checked and it was star, I gave her my number for the fun of it but she's annoying me 'Marco, can we hang tomorrow at your place?' I sigh and thought about it, my parents will be out by then 'sure, sounds cool' I smile because am actually enjoying talking to her then Ferguson and Alfonso, but with her it's different..

I didn't realize I fell asleep texting Star..last thing I wrote was...Is she single? Why the heck did i text that? Well at least she didn't respond to it, I get ready and head to school and I see Star standing at her front gate, guess she's waiting for me "Morning Marco" I nod "Morning Star" we walk and she talks about random stuff, it's weird that we just became friends and she already is telling what we should do, it's something better to do

"To answer your question, yes I am single and also sorry for the first time we met didn't mean to get up in your business, I'm just a wild spirit as you can see" I chuckle "It's cool, I didn't mind nobody really is interested in me because I'm not that important" she scuffs and pushes me slightly "Oh come on. You are pretty interesting to me, I get a mysterious vibe from you, you are so important" I blush and look away from her

"Thanks" as we get to school we head to class and take our seats, I totally forgot to finish my homework because I was busy texting Star "Hey Marco" I look up and see Jackie smiling at me and waving while she takes a seat "Hey..Jackie" she giggles and faces forward and I smile and look down my work, one day I will be Jackie just you wait..

Star Pov
I heard someone say hey and it's a girl with beach blonde hair and teal streak and she smiles at Marco and waves and he blushes and looks at his stuff, aw so cute maybe I should help him get with her, he is totally into her, I should ask him after class..as I draw on my desk the bell rings and I go up to Marco who's packing up his stuff "Hey Marco" he looks up confused "Yes Star?" "So that girl, is she like your crush or something?"

He blushed and covered my mouth "Not so loud, yeah I have a crush on her but I doubt she'll like me" I licked his hand and he moved off me "Ew star that was so gross" "I'm gonna help you get your dream girl" "can I wash my hands first, you just licked me" I nod "Sure..sorry" he rolled his eyes and we walked out the class, during every class I just kept talking on ways of Jackie to notice Marco, I will try and get him his girl if it takes me the whole year "

Hey Marco now's your chance, she's alone at her locker, go before anyone interrupt you" I pushed him towards her making him fall almost and he glared and I nervously smiled and gave him a thumbs up and I stayed near the water fountain and see him but he's choking out there and I hear her laugh and walk away waving at him "So, how's it go?" He sighs

"She though it was cute that I actually came up to her and speak to her, she's says it's rare but thanks..I kinda choked a little" "Yeah I know, we need to work on that, come on let's get to your house to keep planning!" He rolls his eyes "Oh boy, this is bad" I laugh "Nonsense Marco, I'm a great helper" as we got to his house it was almost the same size as my house and when we got into his bedroom it was big, he had a king size bed and karate equipment

"Oh..I didn't know you take karate, no wonder your fit not that I was looking at your arms or anything!" I blush and look away from him "Yeah, I have classes on the weekends, no one really know except for my buds and you" I nod and sit on his bed "Okay first you have to practice talking to girls, because it's an issue when you even talk to girls" "Okay and how do you help me do with that?" "Pretend I'm Jackie" I tie my hair up and get into character

"Okay, pretend your Jackie" I look at him and he sits next to me "Now how do you begin with talking to Jackie?" He bite his bottom lip "Um..I usually say hi Jackie" "No wonder she laughs, you gotta act cool" I sigh "I'll start the conversation" he nods and I clear my throat "Hey Marco, what's up" "hi..Jackie" I sigh "Marco you can't stutter when you talk to her that's what's making her laugh, you have to be clear when you talk. Can't get nervous all the time" he groans

"Ugh Star this isn't helping" then I let my hair down and git another idea "Pretend Jackie is me, you talk to me normal just act like Jackie is me" he raised an eyebrow "Okay.." "Hey Marco what's up?" "Hey Jackie, nothing much how bout you" I punched his shoulder lightly "There you go!" He chuckles "Hmm that was so much easier, thanks can we keep practicing?" I nod "Sure.." we spent hours and he was building his confidence and I'm actually happy for him, he won't be that nerd that keeps to himself and will be known as one of the noticeable ones.. "Marco dinner is..oh hello I don't think we met, I'm Mrs. Diaz Marcos mom" I smile and shake her hand "Nice to meet you, I'm Star butterfly, a friend of your son's" "Your really pretty" I smile "Mom! Get out please!" I giggle and his mom does too and leaves "Dinners ready, star want to stay?" I shake my head "No thanks, I gotta get home but thanks for asking me" she smiles and closes the door "Aw your really leaving?" I nod "You, don't worry Diaz you'll get Jackie soon, see ya tomorrow" I gave him a hug and he gives back "Bye Star, be careful going home" "Will do safe kid" I wave and leave his house, his parents looked so happy and live, my parents are rarely that happy. They are so busy with work that they forget I exist, I run quickly home and it's empty and I go to my room and jump on my bed..hope this kid gets his girl...
