Star Pov
I get up and get dressed in a stupid uniform for another school, I don't even want to go there because all the people are just gonna stare and ask questions because I went to a preppy school for proper girls and boys blah I'm not that type of girl.. I walk to school with my headphones in and I see people already staring at me and I looked down at my feet so I could avoid as I entered through the main gates of the academy I bumped into someone

"Oh..uh sorry I guess" I get up and clean myself and I see it a boy with brown hair and light mocha eyes, he's actually pretty cute "It's cool, oh your the new girl, I'm Marco Diaz welcome to echo creek academy" he waves and walks off and I'm standing there like a lost bird "Wait, hey! I need your help" I stop in front of him and he looks at me weird "Um, why? No offense but you don't seem the type to follow the rules, devil horns girl" I roll my eyes and he continues walking

"Hey, stop walking away from me, can you at least point me to the main office?" He sighs "Fine follow me" I follow behind and have my arms crossed and I looked up and down this Marco guy, he looks pretty tall..seems fit I could tell his shirt is kinda tight around his arms "So, you have girlfriend?" He looked at me and chokes on air "What! No I don't have one" he blushed and I laugh

"Wow, what are you a nerd or something? It's cool to be a nerd, they usually end up with the girls" "Um, I'm not a nerd, but I guess its a compliment" he groans and see him holding his phone tight, wonder who he's talking to "Where are my manners, I'm Star Butterfly" "Cool, well here's your stop, now good bye, hopefully forever" he walks away and I look at him weird, such a quiet and awkward guy, he's pretty cute though, I walk inside and see the headmaster

"Ah Star butterfly, late on the first day" I sigh "Yeah, I got lost its a big school after all" he doesn't seem amused "Right..anyway I'll show you around and give you your classes" I nod and he looks at my attire "Um that headband has to go Miss butterfly" my devil horns? What a monster "What? No way, it was a present from..that's not important" he rolls his eyes "I'll allow it but if I see others doing it as well, I am gonna have to tell you to take it off"

"Yes sir" he nods and o follow behind him, he's pretty short and round, it's kinda funny, my old headmaster was tall and slim "So when we finish this tour your to be headed to class and no more problems" I nod and cross my arms and I tune in and out of him talking, he doesn't shut up, as I look up I see the Marco guy again and he's walking with two guys and he seems bored of them, must be tired of them "That finished our tour, now on to your class" he gave me my schedule and I had math next, so I looked at the headmaster

"Thanks" he glared at me "Stay out of trouble" I nod and he walks away and I go find my class, as I enter I see Marco sitting near an empty sit, could make a friend here right?

I walk and stand in front of him "Is the seat taken next to you?" He looks up and shakes his head "Nope, all yours" I nod and sit down and I tap my nails on the desk "So, are the classes here hard?" "Sometimes, depends if you study and do the work" ugh this guy is totally boring "What's with you? Your so dead, aren't you ever happy?" He scuffs and smirks "I'm happy when I'm alone or something awesome happens, you won't understand" he sits back in his chair and I look forward, so far this guy is no fun and he's not really liking me, even if he doesn't know me..

Marco Pov
I sit back on my desk and sigh, maybe I was kinda harsh on the new girl but she just seems like the type to get people into trouble, and she asks a lot of personal questions, I get happy when I want to, I can act tough but still be happy, I take a glance at her and she's just looks out the window, she's all alone and doesn't know anyone, maybe I should try to be her friend..

After class I pull her aside while everyone walked out the class "Hello? Can I help you sir?" "Yeah I want to say sorry for being kinda rude to you" she crossed her arms and smirked "It's cool, I understand where your coming from, seeing a girl look like this? You totally a troublemaker" I chuckle "Well you don't really seem like one to me" she laughs and walks away "Oh Marco, you still haven't met me very well"

oh no what did I say? I follow behind and we go home as we walk I noticed she lives two houses away from me "Well this is my place, want to hang a bit? My parents aren't home yet?" I shrug and follow her "Sure, I guess so" she smiles and pulls my arm "Great! Come on!" She dragged me into this giant house and went up a flight of stairs and entered a giant room with a huge bed covered with stuff animals and pillows,

her room is a little messy but it's her habit and have a wall full of pictures of her old friends I suppose and I see her with a guy with red fiery hair "Whatcha looking at?" I pointed at the photo "Oh..that photo, let me get rid of that" she ripped the photo off and tossed it in the trash "Who was that, your boyfriend?" She stayed quiet and put her head down "Yeah, well was he left me..anyways let's move on okay"

I nod and I regret even saying anything "sorry I even asked" "it's cool, so tell me about yourself, you seem mysterious when I met you and then you were actually a huge butt" I chuckled "Well, I like to keep to myself, I don't really socialize. I only have Ferguson and Alfonso, they are the only friends I have, but they annoy me sometimes so I tune them out" she smiles "I had a friend like that, we were inseparable but we did something stupid and she rat me out" now I know why she's attending this school "Oh, so you are a troublemaker" I say smirking "Yeah, is that a problem with you?" I nod "It might but I just want to see where this friendship goes" she raised an eyebrow "So..you want to be my friend?" I nod "Yeah..why not?"
