Star Pov
I woke up nervous as heck cause today Marco was gonna meet my parents and I know how my dad is when it comes to me "Good morning Star, so when do we meet this Marco fellow?" I sigh "In a hour or so, I promise you he's really polite and very understanding trust me" mother scoffed and sat down beside me "I hope so, because your last boyfriend was such a charmer"

I groan a bit but she was right Tom wasn't really a good guy for me "He is, you'll see" comet decided to go home but he'll be coming to visit me when he can, I knew he wasn't that happy here because he missed his friends and family "Let me get things ready for today" as I went to get the things my father stopped me "No need, we'll have our chef cook us brunch, you my dear go get dressed and for heaven sakes take those things off"

as I look and realized my devil horns I took them off "Yes Sir" I went up to my bedroom and got ready as I finished I put my new headband Marco bought me, it had a little red bow on the side and it matched my red blouse with my high wasted skirt and my Ruby flats, I had my hair curled down and wore little make up, as I look at myself my phone started to buzz (Marco» I'm here at the door) I smiled and ran down the stairs almost tripping and my parents stand behind me "His parents are with him, so please no embarrassing me"

they stayed neutral and nodded, I opened the door and saw my boyfriend in a nice dress shirt and black slacks and his hair swept back, I blushed and he gave me flowers which smelled beautiful "Hello Mr and Mrs Butterfly, nice to finally meet you, these are my parents" I looked and ran into his mother's arms and she giggles "Nice seeing you again Star, you look beautiful" "Thank you, you look beautiful yourself, hello Mr Diaz" he smiled and hugged me "Hello Star, you look very pretty today" I thanked them and the adults introduced to each other

"Hello, I'm Angie Diaz and my husband Raphael, may I say your daughter is a wonderful girl and just filled with energy" my father smiled and mother did too "Why thank you, Angie..let me not be rude I'm Moon, and my husband River..darling why don't you take Raphael to your man cave?" My dad smiled and pulled Marcos father and disappeared, when I looked to my mother she was also gone and I was standing with my lovely boyfriend holding the bouquet of flowers

"Seems the parents got along quickly" I nodded and we went to put the flowers in a vase "Yeah, usually my parents would be a little off when meeting new people but..they clicked with your parents" he nods and cut my finger with a thorn "Ouch..that hurt" Marco checked my finger and cleaned it up for me, he asked where we kept medical stuff and he got a band aid and covered it "There you go, good as new..let me do this for you"

I giggled and watched him, he rolled up his sleeves a bit more and I saw his arms look bigger, he's been working out for sure "Done, where should I put this?" I pointed towards the table and he placed it "Now what?" I shrugged "Well we can go hang in my room but that would look suspicious, so let's go to my backyard you've never seen before" he grabs my hand and we walk into the yard and I see his face go wide "That's a big pool, and you have a outdoor area? That's so cool" I laughed and rolled my eyes

"Not really, I don't really like this..I hate how we have money to buy things and build things for nothing, my parents never use this like ever only when I have feel like getting in..it's a waste" he pulls me closer and kisses my cheek "Hey, chill it's okay..now we can both use it" I push him making him laugh and I laughed afterwards, as we walked back into the house our parents finally returned and they seemed happy "Star, Marco just in time" my mother said smiling, which is rare of her to do "It's time to eat"

As the chef and the servers served our brunch things got quiet when my dad started to glare at Marco who was holding my hand on the table and I sigh "Marco, tell me...what are your intentions with my little girl?" I groan and Marco holds my hand a little tight "To be able to keep her happy, she means a lot to me and I wouldn't want to ruin it" I blushed as I looked right his beautiful face "Aw Marco.." as I lean to give him a kiss my dad slams down on the table scaring everyone "River, what's wrong? He was simply going to give her a quick kiss?"

My dad grunts a bit "I'm sorry, I'm just not used to having Star sharing a tender moment with her partner" I lay back in my chair and Marco was confused on what to do "I understand, your not used to having Star be with someone who's not calm and collected such as I, and I stepped out of line for kissing her in front of her Sir, my apologies" everyone was silent and my father came around the table and made Marco stand and gave him a bear hug causing him to groan at how strong he was

"I like this guy, call me River of you like my boy" I let out a relaxing sigh as well as the other adults "But if you hurt my little girl, and I mean hurt her in any way I will hunt you down like wild animals" "Daddy!" "I'm just kidding, right Marco?" He nods slowly and I pull him away from my father "Anyways, it was lovely having you all here, I really enjoyed your company..Marco it was lovely having you here very charming and polite" mother said smiling at him and smiled and looked at me

"Angie, Raphael..it was a pleasure of meeting you two, please come again when you like, we're here on weekends and some days of the week" she continued on as we walked towards the door "It was lovely meeting you both, and don't worry we will keep in touch, have a wonderful day" his parents walked towards their car and Marco stopped and pulled me out "I had a good time, your parents aren't that bad, they're just looking out for you..I was wondering we were heading to a party at my grandmas house, would you like to come?"

I looked at my parents and they nodded "Sure! Sounds like fun..bye mom, dad" I gave them a hug "By dear, be on your best behavior" I nodded and I catched up to Marco who was holding the door open for me to get in "Thank you" as we drove off Marco caught me by surprise when he pulled my face for a long passionate kiss "I have been trying to kiss you all day but I was scared of your parents" I giggled and kissed him again "Don't be"..
