NOVA WILLOW LOWE WAS Hawkins own 'crazy' girl. Those who didn't know her thought she was weird, which she was but in a good way. Lots of people believed that she studied witch craft, which wasn't exactly true.

Instead of practicing witch craft, Nova somehow already knew it. Well, that was what she thought. Ever since discovering that she could move things with her mind at the age of five, Nova and her family have always believed that she was cursed of some sort. Though, they all became accustomed to it and none of them told anyone — other than Nova's really close friends.

Most people stayed away from Nova because she was quiet, except when she was around her friends. Rather than going to parties, Nova stayed home and watched movies or hung out with her family. The young girl didn't have many friends, other than the ones in her close circle. If you counted all of her friends, you'd only have to use one hand to be able to count them because she didn't have many friends at all.

So when Steve Harrington, the popular boy at Hawkins high, started to talk to her, she was of course suspicious. It wasn't usual for people to talk to her, especially cute and popular ones. Though, Nova got used to him talking to her and she slowly started to fall in love with him — her having no clue that he was only using her to win a bet about her.

Let's just hope that he sees through the stupid bet and sees what he's missing out on.
