So.. This is an eye tutorial.. I guess.
This is with Ibispaint x, so your drawing app may not have the same tools.

This is for happy eyes! To make the eyes similar, I used the symmetry line thingy.
1. Draw the outline and eyelashes and eyebrows, ETC.

2. Fill in the eye with the color of your choice and add these dark things in the middle and at the top (see picture)

3. To make it more interesting, you can add lighter and darker jagged lines in the corners of the eyes. Then, you draw lighter circles on top of the darker thingy at the top of the eye (see picture if you want it to make any sense).

4. Using the blur tool, blur the jagged lines and with the finger tool, slide it along the lighter circle we just drew and blur that as well.

6. You may use a water paint tool for this. Next, draw circles with varied sizes on top of the darker blue stripe thing.

7. Next, click on FX and from there, you can brighten it using "Brightness & Contrast" and "Hue Saturation Lightness".

8. You may add stuff like hair, a nose, a mouth, etc. Then, add the eye whites wherever you'd like them to be as well as a smaller white circle near it.

And you're done :3!

This is for angry eyes!

1. Draw the outline of the eyes. The top should be more curved to show that the eyes are angry.

THE REST IS LITERALLY THE SAME.

And there you go :3!
You can do it with different emotions.

That's sad...

You can even do it on a cat :3!
