I felt the touch of a feather
Holding me close to her chest,
I loved the warm feeling
It was different from the rest .

Her familiar brown eyes
Mirrored mine,
Her wide grin and attractive visage
Held a different shine.

As I grew
I observed her struggle ,
Others exerted for 12 hours
But hers was double.

Those sunken eyes
Chapped lips,
Sweat trickling from hairline
While I kept on munching chips.

Tea for my father
Love for her In-Laws,
But still those idiots
Harshly pinpointed her flaws.

My teenage addressed me
With a whirlpool of emotions,
I was sad, depressed and broken
Failing every single notion.

Terrifically bruised by fate
I was lost in my life's road,
My mother found me in that maize
Cutting my black hole.

They took her for granted
Converting her blood into lava,
They got burnt in that heat
Fire flowing through her venacava.

Soon I realized,
She melted herself into wax,
Coohing me to sleep
So that I can relax.

She gathered my pieces
Held me tight,
Gently whispered in my ears-
Don't worry
We will win the fight,
I will face the might
I will make it right...
