Bah, don't mind me, I act weird when I'm medicated.

In case you mistrusted, yes, I'm sick and yes, I told Ayalet to write to you for me. On the past two days, I've been taking pills with somnolent side effects, but are good for me. I'm feeling better now. Today they lowered the dose and I could stay awake more than three hours in a row, so I gave myself the opportunity of checking correctly my inbox since Monday. 

Sick or not, I'll go to McDonald's, Will. Today I'll keep on resting and taking pills. Tomorrow we'll meet at the time agreed.
