So this is just a segment I'm creating called Character Design, where i show you the process of how i personally went with designing my characters

And for this, I went with Dysphoria because... Hoo boy, this was a doosy

First of all (I don't have an illustration for this) I thought about how Dysphoria is like for me.

It's small but it's the small things that get to you. Like an fly or pest that won't just go away.

I went from there and made a small little gremlin. Keeping in mind this was a creature that was appealing yet would end up being unliked.

She was small, furry, had four eyes, hair that was all matted and tangled, and bandages that constricted her arms and chest.

That's when I got my design for Dysphoria

I started at the top left of the page where I drew down the design with color. I liked it but I wasn't happy with the colors. Specifically the hair and fur.

I moved on to a lighter brown... Then that was still too dark.

It went lighter when I realized I could go with a more different color scheme

Also around this period I gave her a mouth because... Little sharp teethies

This is when I went to others and asked about it.

I tried a couple, the red and the blue being... Hideous in the long run.

But the green ended up sticking with me.

I got my colors of green yet I couldn't have the fur too dark so I fixed it by making it lighter using a tealish color.

I then added the eye coloring and decided later on I would make the teeth yellow too

And there! That's how I designed Dysphoria!

I liked doing this design process and I like typing out shit so... I might do another soon ;)
