Author POV
Gossips were spread everywhere. The rumors of them dating came true. Park Jimin and Cha Eunwoo were dating. Their classmates were happy for them while some were disturb to watch two guys dating. They compliment the two for being adorable at times.
Jimin fake-smiles as he hears the girls congratulating him once more.

Flashback
Jimin was with Taehyung and they were picking out a plushy because Taehyung was mesmerized by it.
"Lion or tiger?"
"I don't want my own species." Jimin chuckles.
"Alright. Then which do you want?" Taehyung looks around. He notice a plushy that looked a fluffy baby cloud with a black button nose, adorable circle eyes, and a cute mouth.

"Hyung.." Taehyung immediately thought of his ex when he sees the plushy, which didn't go unnoticed by Jimin. He heard him say it, making him sad.
"You want that one?" Taehyung nods, smiling to himself.
"It reminds me of Hyung.." He says, caressing the plushy softly.
"Hyung is soft like a cloud and cute like this plushy.." He smiles and hugs it tightly.
"I love him.."

Oh Taehyung...you're so whipped for him..

"I'll buy it for you" Taehyung hums, saying thank you. Once Jimin had paid, he wanted all of them to have lunch at the food court. They all agreed.
Suddenly, Jimin felt a tug on his shirt and he turns around. It was Eunwoo.
He looks at him weirdly. "What?" Eunwoo smiles and hands him a plushy.
"I called him chimmy" Jimin looks at it and looks back at him.
"Um..thanks?" Eunwoo smiles and leans closer to his ear.
"Read the note at the back" he winks at him and walks away.

When Jimin flips the plushy around, his eyes widen to find the note written in cursive and somehow, the words were unbelievable.
Park Jimin. I like you.
Eunwoo was dragged by a hand and ended up inside an accessible toilet. He heard the door locked and the next thing he got, was getting slammed on the wall.
"Are you shittxng me right now?" Jimin growled. Eunwoo chuckles.
"It's cute when you try to be the man in the relationship"
"Shut the fxck up, the contract is over, so stop this. It's absurd"
"But I'm not joking though.." Jimin yelped when he was slammed into the wall inside.
"I do like you.."

"That's...impossible.." Eunwoo smiles.
"I know but..I do like you Park Jimin" Jimin was speechless. He couldn't comprehend everything in his mind. "Eunwoo...I appreciate the thought but...I like Jungkook" Jimin smiles. "I really like him a lot.." Eunwoo knows that but he isn't going to give up.
"Can't we try?"
"No.." Eunwoo sighs.

Maybe I was born to be single again...

"I'm planning to confess to Jungkook" Eunwoo can't help but feel like it was going to end up very wrong but he said nothing.
"Fine..good luck.."

When they got back to the food court, Jimin's heart started beating fast. He looks at Jungkook and gulps nervously. Eunwoo barely gave a shxt as he continued to play with his food. Jimin clears his throat and says "Hey Jungkook.."
"What?" The smaller told him to come and follow for a second. They were at the staircase now. "What is it that you want to tell me?" Jimin blushes, feeling embarrassed.
Jungkook smiles at the pink cheeks Jimin had.
"Jungkook..Kookie um..I.." Jimin closes his eyes, his hands were sweaty.
"It's alright. Take your time-"
"I like you"

Jungkook's eyes widen. His throat felt dry and he cant believe his ears.
"What?"
"I said I like-"
"I heard what you said" Jimin looks at him worriedly.
"Are..are you mad?" Jungkook wasn't mad. No he wasn't.
"I just don't think I can accept your feelings Jimin" Jimin's heart stopped beating. It felt like it was ripped into pieces.
"You..you don't like me?"
"No" Jimin wanted to cry.

"Oh..I..I must have thought...you like me too.." Jimin laughs.
"Because it looked like you like me-"
"I know I'm different when it comes to you but I swear, it meant nothing more"
"Not even..a little?"

Jeon Jungkook you like him damn it!

"No."

Because of Jungkook's answer, Jimin had went back to the food court and immediately grabbed Eunwoo's hand. Eunwoo was taken aback and before he could processed of what happened, Jimin held his hand.
"I change my mind. I do want to date you"
Flashback ends.

Jungkook watches as Jimin avoids eye contact. Jungkook sighs, knowing he fxcked up. He was at Jimin's house and was trying to apologize but he had already went inside.
"You are the worst guy to ever exist" Taehyung says, he happen to be outside because he was playing with the grass.
"And this is coming from the guy who almost committed sxicxde"
"Tell him I'm sorry-" Taehyung ignored him and closed the door.

Jimin quietly cries under his pillow. He hasn't gotten over the fact that his crush completely crushed his heart.
Even worse, he agreed to Eunwoo being his boyfriend and he felt bad that he can't have feelings for him at all.
"Why was I even born to this world?!" He sobbed. Taehyung bit his lips. He doesn't know how to comfort people, he only used dark humor to make Jimin laugh. "Can I say something?" Jimin looks up form his pillow and nods.
"Look..as your ex friend...I know this is going to sound harsh but...you look like you got kicked by a horse"
"YEAH I FXCKING KNOW THAT!"
"Sorry.."

Taehyung really tried.

"I'm sorry..but I know how it feels Jimin.." He pats Jimin's back softly.
"I'm sure you'll be okay.."
"Taetae, don't give me advice of trying to move on when you're not doing that either" To some people, that sounded mean, but Taehyung didn't care. They've used dark humor way worse than this.
"I'm trying to Jimin. But look, you're not single anymore. You're dating someone"
"See. That's the thing" He finally removed the pillow and sat up. "I don't feel anything towards Eunwoo and I only did it because I was angry and sad. I agreed without thinking about it and now, I can't go back anymore" Jimin groans.

"He's not even trying to hurt Jungkook anymore. I was so happy about that"
"You wanna keep on doing this because then he won't hurt Jungkook?"
"Yes" Taehyung wished he could punch Jimin.
"Stop acting selfless. You don't like him"
"I know I know. But..maybe it's for the best.."
