Chapter 19-Light's bright af

I wake up next to Nick feeling hungry as hell.I walk to the bathroom and take a quick shower with my stomach growling in protest .I put on one of Nicks shirts wearing it likes it's a dress.I make my way to my domain: the kitchen.Hmmm looks like my baby wants some pineapple hot sauce pancakes .I get to work making enough for me and Nick.

Just as I set the plates on the table Nick walks in groaning shirtless with only his Calvin Klein's on looking sexy as fuck.

"I made pineapple hot sauce pancakes"I say to Nick as I sit down.

"I think I'll just grab a granola bar but thanks anyway May "Nick say grimacing

"Your lost "I say shrugging before I devour my precious meal.

"We have a doctor appointment with Dr.Chambers remember"Nick says chewing on his granola bar.

"I know I can't wait to find out the gender"I say cheerfully making me cringe at my own voice.

"I hope it's a boy I don't get chicks there crazy as hell "Nick rants end ding with a huff

"With exception of you of course my sweets"Nick says quickly when he notices me glaring.

"Just for that I'm hoping it a girl"I say sticking my tongue out at him like a child.

He laughs before taking it to his advantage by that I mean kissing me heatedly as his tongue does a wild dance with mine.

"Whatever makes you happy May"he says smirking after his stolen loooong kiss

"Let's just go already"I say glancing at the clock .

"Really? You wanna go out like that"Nick says laughing

"What's wrong with what I'm wearing?"I huff crossing my hand over my chest

"Look and see "Nick says smugly

At his words I glanced down only for my eyes to be met with Nick's shirt .

"Ohhhhhh now I get it "I say frowning at my outfit while Nick bursts out laughing.

After we both change,we are finally on our way to the doctor's office.On the way of course I sing along to random songs to past time.

When we get there we are immediately sent to Dr.Chambers.

I lay down on the bed as she spreads gel on my stomach .It tickles making me squirm and laugh a little.

"Ok you see this shape right here that's your baby " The doctor says smiling.

I look at the screen and smile at the little blob.

"What's the gender?"Nick asks impatiently

"I'll tell you after the ultrasound"The doctors says

Nick nods but I can see that he wants to know now and so do I but I have more patients then him and doctors knows best.

She hooks up the machine and soon enough I hear a steady thump in my ear.That's my baby....That's our bundle of joy. I smile gently at my bulging stomach.

"Want to know the gender now ?" The doctor asks calmly

I nod still listening to my newest favorite beat.

"It's a girl"The doctor says smiling ear to ear

Nicks stay stock still for a moment shocked but soon he gets up and kisses me on my cheek.

"Looks like you got your wish May"he says happily.I smile not even bothering to tell him not to call me that cause of how happy I am .
-Next Day-
We went shopping yesterday for the baby and Nick had placed the wallpaper on the walls of the nursery.The wallpaper was teal with Teddy bears , flowers and building blocks all over.

Now Nick was building the crib while I was placing baby clothes in the closet ,I hadn't got any pink because if our baby girl is anything like me than she sure isn't a girly girl.I had gotten baby beanies and rainbow patterned,and regular baby pants and leggings.I got some neutral colored onesies too for good measure.

I look around the nursery it was perfect the carpeting was beige and the toy chest Taylor was filling with toys at the moment was beautiful .We even had got her a rocking horse .

Nick finally finished the crib and I picked up the brown teddy bear I had gotten the baby .I placed gently in the crib smiling warmly imagining our baby .

Nick wraps his arms around my waist as Taylor places her hand on my shoulder.

"I can already imagine her here"I whisper

"Our little baby "Nick whispers back while Taylor smiles at my statement

'Yeh our little baby'
