Me: Yes.
Maya: Try writing in a journal, that helps. You just write down your thoughts, as they come to you. 2023 hasn't been good to me either, so I can definitely understand where you're coming from.

Maya: No problem, babe.
Girl: Writing in a journal doesn't do anything!
