Vampiric dust teleported nearby the divinetale universe. After looking around he noticed there was enough space for what he was about to do. He then drew the power of chaos and order along with yin and yang. He then transformed into his archangel form. He then focused this raw power and warped a better version of his universe into existence. It was to the left nearby the divinetale universe.

He then warped the laws of his new universe to not have a chara come into existence. Additionally he made every god and demon from his universe remember everything that happened before the universe was recreated. And he didn't do it out of kindness. It was to show them they now have a new overlord. Not one of them was unaffected by this. They understood immediately. They were incapable of restoring the universe on there own. And to restore the universe at all. They basically had to create a being that can be considered a god to them.

As far as the gods were concerned they were lucky that vampiric dust still wanted them in this new universe. It was better than how it was though. His personal world within the universe was called the realm of the dusted. A place considered primordial to the void. the underworld. and heaven. It was inherently beyond the reach of all beings in the universe aside from vampiric dust and the ghosts of people he killed that were from his universe.

The realm of the dusted was beyond even the dream dimension. It was a higher dimensional copy of his underground from before it was destroyed. It still held the graveyard. The realm of the dusted had not even a trace of humanity. it was infinite in size. It was a realm void of life and death. It only can contain beings who are considered somewhere between life and death. The space The realm of The dusted takes up is The same as The dream dimension. However The realm of The dusted exists between every universe in all sets of universe's while also existing inbetween the space the dream dimension occupies.

The universe itself however was better than it was before being recreated. humanity never went to war with monsters. Humanity and monsterkind lived in peace. Aliens now exist in each set of timelines within the universe. Humans now had abilities of there own that weren't just from there soul traits. There were also heroes and villains. But they always had people who decide the fate of their set of timelines. Vampiric dust might be the only sans in this universe. But considering the possibilities. It was statistically better if they weren't part of the universe anymore.

Technically this universe shouldn't be possible to exist as it is now. It has properties from multiple sets of universe's and is considered a universe from the set of universe's it has the last qualities of being. Perhaps the multiverse allowed it for some reason. Though regardless it was still an improvement over the universe from before being recreated. There was also a karma system in place where those who do good will get rewarded while those who do bad get punished. And you can never outrun your karma.

Vampires and werewolves were now more common in the universe. A perfect world to it's new overlord. A perfect new world for an undead god of death. Though vampiric dust would eventually encounter something that would change his story. And it was all because of a certain octopus made of negativity
