(Katherine's Outfit for the night and the battle scene, except for the purse)
(Oriel's outfit for the night and battle, minus the bag)
(Cin's outfit for the battle, minus the coffee, scarf, hat, and gloves)
Cin's POV
Night was falling rapidly, the battle was getting closer and closer within the hour. The Cullens decided that it would be best if we camped out close to the field. In order for us to meet the Volturi head on, away from the town. To keep everyone safe. I sat perched on a boulder, watching the night's sky as the others were preparing the camp.
Jake grumbles as he walks by me, "You know, you could help."
"I could. But, gotta talk to my peeps first." I said as I pointed up.
Surrounding the camp in a funnel of caws and shrieks, my children of the air circled the camp in protection.
Jake scoffs as he looks up, "You and your 'peeps' can talk later, carry the firewood." Jake says and shoves the wood in my arms, knocking me off the rock and on my ass.
I grunt as I hit the ground and flip him off as he walks off with half of the wood.
As I get up, I watch Leah walking towards us and, purposely, shoves her shoulder into Jake's and stops near me to help me pick everything up.
"You know, he's just tensed with everything." Leah scoffs and picks up the rest of the firewood.
"Everyone is, but I get he's more cause it's his imprint we're talking about. Once we go before Aro, proving our innocence....I got the feeling that Jake is gonna do anything to keep Nessie away from Aro." I sigh and walk with Leah to the camp.
"If it was you, I would, too." She says.
"Babe, nothing is gonna happen tomorrow. I know it. But, if anything happened to you..." I stop in my tracks as I feel the anger rising in my chest. Leah turns to face me, frowning in concern. "If anything happened to you, I would rip through every single one of the Volturi till they are nothing, but dust in the wind to make sure you're alive and in my arms."
Leah's breath catches in her throat as she looks at me with love in her eyes. She smiles softly and uses one hand to stroke my cheek and tiptoe to kiss me. I kiss her back softly and lovingly, pouring my heart and soul into our kiss. I swear on my new life, I will protect Leah Clearwater from all harm, any shape or form.

Oriel's POV
I sat next to Seth in his wolf form and stroke his fur. I smiled at the noises he makes at every scratch. Jake walks towards the camp with arms full of wood and drops it in the middle of the fire-pit we set up. Benjamin smirks and conjures fire over his fingers and throws the fire into the pit.
"You show off." I couldn't help but laugh.
Jake smirks and rubs his hands together over the fire, "That's what I'm talkin' about. A little pre-battle bonfire. Telling war stories." He smiles as he sits next to us, but as we looked up, everyone was completely still.
"Or just standing there like frickin' statues." I say sarcastically, which had Jake and Seth laughing and snorting.
Suddenly, a soft swoosh was made, and in a blink, Garrett sat a few inches away from us.
"Name any American battle. I was there." He says.
Jake tries to think back on his history lessons, "Little Bighorn."
Garrett smirks, "I came this close to biting Custer." He squints his fingers, "But the Indians got him first."
Another swoosh and Kate was sitting in Garrett's lap, "Try Oleg's assault on Constantinople. He didn't win that one on his own." She says and Garrett smirks, holding her close to his body.
Swoosh! The Irish Coven's leader, Liam, sits across from Garrett.
"If you're talking battles, you're talking the Eleven Year's War. No one does rebellion like the Irish." Liam smirks.
I stutter in confusion, "You lost the Eleven Year's War though."
"Aye. But it was one hell of a rebellion." Liam's smirk grew and Garrett laughs.
Soon, the elementals joined in with the Vampires, sharing stories of the old days.
"The Opium War was such a petty war in the 1800s. Two nations fighting over a simple drug that could help their people, yet, humans wanted it for their addictions and power. But, one hell of a fight over something like that. Around the time before my death, I was one of the few survivors. Till a British soldier threw me into the shark infested seas." Simon grits out as he tells his story to the vampires and Elementals. "The Soldier was in the middle of killing a small Chinese family. He killed the father and was about to rape the mother in front of her children....till I stopped him." Simon smirks. At the memories. You could see the joy and bloodlust he had in those eyes of his. The cold creeping up the spine in that stare. Death's breath.
The Romanian vampires began to tell us of life before and after their run in with the Volturi.
"When we ruled, everything came to us. Prey, diplomats, favor seekers. Such was our power. But we never put on white hats and called ourselves saints." Vladimir spoke of his and Stefan's life when the Volturi invaded their territory.
"We were honest about what we were." Stefan smirks.
"We sat still for a very long time. We didn't notice we were beginning to petrify. Perhaps the Volturi did us a favor when they burned our castles." Vladimir says as his lips form into a sneer at the memories, as if they were fresh from yesterday.
"We've been waiting 1,500 years to return that favor. We have been ready to do battle for ages." Stefan snarls softly.
"We all have been." Alyssa speaks up as she walks pass several vampires and elementals. "The Volturi have been not just recruiting Elementals, but as terrorizing our cities, our homes. Feeding on our friends whom we swore to protect. One person I was sworn to protect was a famous doctor. A neurologist. Mother saw his future. He was suppose to become the top surgeons in New York. A savior for hundreds of people. But, they came to ask me to join them. I said 'no'. So, they killed him before I knew what was happening. Right before me. I can still see his face, smell the blood on the wet street." Alyssa grew quiet as blood tears formed in her eyes, then she looks up at everyone with anger in her eyes. "I plan to avenge him greatly on the battlefield."

Katherine's POV
As everyone gathered around the campfire, sharing stories, secrets, past experiences with the Volturi. They were all practically bonding. It was nice. Yet, I stood about 15 feet away with my children as they played together in their personal tent. I could see Bella in her tent with Renesmee, whispering gently to her as she watches the others, and Edward as well. I sigh softly as I feel Jasper wrap his arms around my waist and holds me. No words were needed for tonight. He knew how I was feeling and I knew what he was feeling. Love, fear, excitement, anxiety. We just wanted this to be over with and, hopefully, we can prove ourselves to the Volturi and no lives shall be perished. Mother and Father will be joining us soon. They have already informed the Elementals that they were with Dax and Alex. Thank God they are ok.
"I can't help thinking, all these people are putting themselves in danger because I fell in love with a human."
I snapped my head over to Edward's voice. I could see him chatting with Carlisle. His voice was filled of regret and guilt.
"You found your mate." Carlisle tries to reassure him. "You deserve to be happy."
"But at what cost?"
"Everyone here has something to fight for. I certainly do." Carlisle looks over to Esme with a warm smile as Edward looks over to Bella with warmth in his eyes. He knew Carlisle spoke true. We all do have something to fight for. I'm fighting for my family.
"Carlisle, I've never thanked you. For this extraordinary life." Edward smiles and I watch Carlisle pat his back, showing fatherly affection towards him. Like a son.
I look over to Bella, hearing her talk softly to Nessie as she shows her a locket. I remember her showing it to me. She had it done custom. She had an engraving on it for her to always remember her mother and father. And a picture of them together.
"This means 'More than my own life'. That's how much I love you. Tomorrow I'm gonna need you to stay with Jacob. No matter what. Even if I tell him that...". Bella struggles to push back the blood tears as sadness wells up inside her. "That he has to take you somewhere." I watch Renesmee's face turn into fear and her lips begin to tremble. "Hey. Baby, it's all right. You're gonna be safe. Always." Bella pulls her into her arms, holding her gently as she rocks her child in her arms.
I turn in Jasper's arms and hold on to him tightly. I couldn't help, but share the same fear Bell carried. I sigh softly as Jasper sent a wave of calm inside me. I smiled against his shoulder and pull away to walk towards the woods, leading Jasper towards my secret place.
"We shouldn't stray too far from camp, my darlin'. He says as he looks out behind us, seeing the soft glow of the fire in the distance.
"Don't worry. I just wanted to check on our back up. " I say and walk into a small entrance to a wolf's den.
Inside the small cave, lies a large den deep inside. I hear Jasper's soft gasp when he sees down below us, the large pack of huge wolves. They were twice as big as the Quileute wolves, but only difference was that they walked. Stood possibly 7 feet like humans. But, they were full wolves.
"What are they?" Jasper asks.
"My army. If the Volturi ever try anything. Anything. They'll come and help us."
I walked out to stand before them, some looked up as I gained their attention.
I began to speak the language they were born into. The dead language.
"My children, it warms my heart to see you all here. Helping me, my friends, my family through this desperate time. The time has come for you to rise from the surface. Your creator...is being threaten."
Snarls erupt from many of the wolves. Aggressive snorts and snarls.
"My loved ones are being sentenced to death by false accusations. You must protect your new family. Be ready...we are at war!"
Howling and roars erupt all around them in one voice. Declaring their devotion to the Earth. To me.
"Listen for my call." I kiss my fingers and wave my have in the air. "Blessed be."

Dax's POV
Hiking in the rainforest is no picnic at all. But, for our family we must find our source of help. I held on to Alice's hand as we walk through the heavy covered path with Thomas and his guide. I could feel Alice's anxiety as we draw closer and closer.
"How much further?" I ask Thomas.
Thomas speaks Portuguese to the guide for answers.
The guide replies in Portuguese to Thomas. Saying that the tribe is just over yonder.
Thomas leads the way with the guide behind him and us following close.
Soon, we met with a tribal man with an angry look. He speaks in Portuguese, telling us to go back.
Thomas stands before him and speaks in the dead language.
The tribal man's anger turns to fear as he goes slightly and apologizes in his tongue.
Thomas speaks Portuguese and asks to see the halfing.
The native man replies in Portuguese and points out into his village towards the holy area. Explaining that they all must be careful due to the fact we're disturbing a ritual that's being performed. A uncalled death has happened a day ago. They are performing the Elemental Summoning.
The native man guides us towards the holy area and shouting was made in their language. The whole village were keeled on the ground, right before a witch doctor as he was waving his hands rapidly over the altar that held a dead body of a young boy. Couldn't be no more than 15. Not a life for a youngling.
Sseveral members of the tribe were beating the drumbs, summoning the Amazon creatures.
Every time the witch doctor shouted the tribe throws their hands up in the air then bows down to the Elements. Calling forth the air, the earth, the water, and the fire.
Suddenly, the tribe all bowed and rotated their heads, chanting, 'Gorila'. Gorilla.
Suddenly, a large silverback emerges from the Bush and makes his way towards the altar. To take his stand.
Suddenly, the chanting stops and everyone bows. Waiting.
The gorilla exams the boy's body, sniffing around him. Then, roars and pounds his chest. He slams his hands against the stone altar and roars again till he finally transforms into a green mist and absorbs into the boys body. But, unlike Kat, you can see the boy's nose deforming a little. Almost like a gorilla.
The native man turns to us and say that the leader will see us now to discuss our needs. I just hope the leader can tell us about the halfling.
Finally I can update. I'm a little slow though cause my mood isn't so great. The holidays aren't like they use to be. Plus, my mind is going back and forth from one book to another and it's hard to focus. I've been working on my new book and I'm curious if anyone wants to read the first few chapters. I finished 5 chapters so far And finishing many more soon. Let me hear your thoughts. 4 more chapters left for Dusk V. I'm really trying to make the battle scene perfect. That's one of the biggest projects I'm working on besides Hemlock Chronicles. Roll in the commets. Lots of love to all and Merry Christmas.
