This book grabs inspiration mainly from Tarantino's work, from Shakespeare's "Romeo and Juliet" and the song "Dusk till Dawn" by ZAYN. Although worthy of mention to contextualize oneself with the book, the story derails from these references greatly and readers unfamiliar with them will not have complications understanding the plot in it's integrity.

With that said the characters from this story (all of One Direction, and more) are unapologetically fallible beings, they are human, and for that they have terrible flaws that'll make them commit mean-spirited dire actions.

I do not condone some of these gruesome actions but I do believe that every case is different and that every person should be handled with care in order for justice to be made.

Case and point, it is important to note that this is a alternate universe fanfiction and that these characters do not match the real people nor do they match my view of the real people.

My objective is to, with all the literary liberty I took in order to create this, build a credible and great book to the best of my story telling abilities.

This plot is full of flashbacks and flashforwards, clues as to what is the resolution to the big mystery and is mainly focused on the romance between Zayn Javaad Malik, a curious kid caught up in a dangerous criminal situation, and Liam James Payne, the off-spring of a gang leader.

Although the book is mostly Zayn's point of view in third person limited, the main character is Liam.

As in my previous book 'Theft', this story happens in a real town that I have overcriminalized and distorted to fit the plot. This time the town I chose is Wolverhampton.

This book includes explicit scenes of sex, verbal and physical violence/abuse, homophobia, corruption and murder.

You have been warned.
