She points to a spear-shaped stone and they both look at it.

LYRA: Don't you think, when the sun hits it, it'll light up?

LANCELOT: That- That's not how stones normally react to the sunlight.

LYRA: I know, I know, just... Come on let's go over there.

They run to the stone and stop right in front of it.

LANCELOT: Lyra, I really don't think-
