8 years pasted after Solomon gave Ruby the Meliennum Puzzle,Now she's fithteen years old and attends Beacon Academy,one day, after the bell rang,She was sitting down at her desk making a tower of cards and was placing one more on top until the rest fell.

Neptune:Hey,Ruby,Do you want to play ball with us?

Ruby:No,I'm fine,I would like to but I feel like would just make whatever team I'd lose.

Neptune:Maybe next time?

Ruby:I guess so,but I think need to practice more.

Neptune: Alright,I'll catch you later then,Ruby"He waves at Ruby before walking away.

Ruby waved"I'll see you later, Neptune"

Ruby:I always bring games here whenever we have free time but there's no one that really wants to play them with me"She says with a frown and then started to remember something and open her backpack"Oh,I almost forgot I still had it here,I hope I can complete it today.I never leave without it."

She takes out a golden box with heiroglyphics and an eye appearing on it and places it on her desk.

Ruby:There's something in this box that's special to me, it's my treasure, Inside the box it's something that can see
but you haven't been able to see before,So do you know what it is?

As Ruby was about to open the box,someone snatches it and holds in their hands"Ruby,why are you talking to yourself and what do you mean by something you can see but haven't seen before?"

Ruby then looks at the person who snatched her box in confusion "Hm?,Nora?

Nora raises an eyebrow while looking at the box"What is this."

Ruby:N-Nora please give it back,give back"She would say was she was jump to get the box back from Nora who was holding it up in the air and threw it only to slide across a desk and catch it.

Nora:Treasuring some dumb old box and acting so timid??You know what,Ruby, That's what I can't stand about you,Tell you what how about I teach you how to be a fighter,You do want this back don't you?"She said with a smirk on her face"If so then come at me with full force."

Ruby:I-I DON'T WANT TO FIGHT YOU,I DON'T LIKE FIGHTING PEOPLE!!!"She shouted"

Nora winced a little andcovers her ears"Ahhhhh!!,you have no guts,And yet you have a really loud voice!

Ruby:P-please just give it back,Nora...*The ravenette pleaded as she started to Nora the puppy eyes*

???:Yes,just give it back to her.*Another figure said to Nora with a sigh as one particular black cat

Nora:Oh,And did you have something to something to say Mrs.runs for class president who did'nt actually win and is now the only member of the clean up club?"

Blake:You are being really ridculous,Nora!

Nora holds her left ear"Jeez,Why is everybody so loud today?"

Blake sighed softly as she glances over at Nora with a deadpan expression on her face"I wasn't even that loud"

Nora turns her head to Ruby's direction"So tell me,Ruby, what's even in this box of yours?"

Ruby:You can take a peek at what"s inside but please be careful with it,ok, It's very important to me.

Nora opens the top of box slightly and looked inside it but she wasn't amused by what she saw"That's pretty boring,Why would you treasure this thing"She said until a hand reached behind Nora and Blake takes the box and two people were behind them"

Nora:Huh!?

Blake:Jaune?,Yang?

Yang holds the box in her hands and walked towards Ruby and then turns to Nora"If you think it's so boring then it's time to give it back to Ruby."

Jaune: Seriously,Nora,Do you have to bully her?

Nora:Hey,You got it all wrong,I'm not bully,Ruby annoys me so I was teaching her how to be a...

Yang:Shut up!!,Just shut up!!

Nora glares at Yang and then both her and Blake walked out the classroom and went in the hallway

Nora and Blake's POV

Blake:You seriously just felt the need to bully her?

Nora:Dang,she gets on my nerves.

Blake:What the heck did Ruby do to you?

Nora:I'm not talking about Ruby,I was referring to goldy locks in there,She just mind her own business.

They both would actually bump into someone that goes by the name of Tetsu Ushio who is feared by many in Beacon Academy.

Tetsu:So you two,What is this about bullying

Nora:We...!!!

Blake immediately covers Nora's mouth as was starting get afraid"N-Nothing.. It's nothing "

Tetsu squints his eyes and had menacing look on his face and then start to walk pass Blake and Nora"Bullyong shall not be tolerated"

Blake:R-Right...I understand...

Tetsu leaves, Nora's face starts turning red as it was getting hard for her to breathe until Blake takes her hand off her mouth and Nora started coughing"Are you trying make me sufficate me,Blake!?"

Blake:Do you even know who that was that your were even addressing,that was Public Moral Member,Tetsu Ushio,Just about most of the rules were by him.

Nora:So,What would his group even try to limit?

Blake: Don't something that's so foolish.

Ruby's POV(Back In The Classroom)

Ruby:There pretty scared of you,Sis

Yang:If I don't act tough they'll just mess with me and Ruby,sometimes you got to have guts or else they'll walk over and push you around.

Ruby:But,Nora isn't that bad of a person.

Yang raised an eyebrow"Not that bad of a person?,Your saying that about the person the stole your treasured possession from,saying things like that is why others mock you."

Jaune:By the way,Ruby,What is it that's in that box.

Ruby:Oh,right,you haven't seen it yet,Let me show the secret inside.

Jaune: Alright,I promise to keep it secret.

Ruby opens the box and there is yellow glow coming from"It's beautiful",He then picks up the peices inside and holds it"Do these parts go to anything?,there all scattered.

Ruby smiled"It's a puzzle!,I haven't been able to finish it yet,so I do what shape it will be just yet,So it's something you can see but have never seen before."

Jaune:I see

Yang:Our house is a game shop so we have many different games from many countries over the world!

Ruby:This was given to me by my Grandpa,He said he found this in an Egyptian ruin and it's really special.

Jaune:Egypt?

Ruby:And just look all of these strange symbols on the box,I'm not sure what it say but guess for was written on is"The one who solves this puzzle will have their wishes granted before their very eyes." Ha Ha!,I said too much,you probably think I'm dumb now don't you,I can tell.

Jaune:Hehe!,No,not at all and I think it's awesome,What did you wish for.

Ruby:No way,I'll,never,never,never tell anyone that.*She said with a playful and cheek grin on her face as she winks*

Nora and Blake's POV
Blake:What is that your holding,Nora?

Nora:I took this price from Ruby's box while she wasn't looking,I only got a glance of it but I'm sure it's a puzzle,Which means without this the treasure will never be complete.

Blake:Nora,Your a really a hopeless case.Do you ever listen to your brain for once?

Nora didn't listen to Blake and then throws the peice out of a window and falls into water.

Blake: Nora!?

Nora(In Her Mind):(How is that thing a treasure,always acting like a child,Ruby...That just bugs me.)

Blake:*She sighed quietly before she shook her head in disappointment*

Later in the afternoon,Tetsu Ushio and the rest of the Public Moral Members can be seen outside of the school.

Tetsu:1:We Serve To Protect The Rules!

PMMs:Serve!,Serve!,Serve!"They would all say in unicen as they move they punch*

Tetsu:2:We Fight To Protect Justice!*He shouted with

PMMs:Fight!,Fight!,Fight!"They chanted as they start kicking forward"

Ruby looked at them as she was about to head home and then thinks to herself"The Public Moral guys?,I should get going,I don't want to be a bother to them.

Tetsu:Wait just a moment you!!

Ruby:Hm?*She stopped walking as she heard someone's voice calling out to her before she turned her head around in the other direction and looks up at Tetsu curiously*

Tetsu:Your Ruby Rose Muto aren't you?

Ruby:Um..Y-Yes"She said shyly"

Tetsu: There's something I want to ask you,Has there been someone bullying you?

Ruby:No, Nothing like that has happened to me!*She chuckled nervously as she shook her head quickly and negatively in response to him*

Tetsu:Wait a sec,A person like you would reply like that,I must properly investigate,You can relax now,Ruby,From this day forward,I Ushio,Will be your bodyguard.

Ruby:B-But no has been bullying me,If you excuse me,I gotta go."She start walking away quickly and thinks to herself"What was that all about?"

Ushio(In His Mind):(Ruby,With I,Ushio as your new bodyguard,Your school life be sunshine and daisys)

Later at Kame Game Shop(Ruby's Home)
Ruby:I'm home!!

Jaune and Yang:Hi there,Ruby!

Ruby:Jaune!,Sis!

Jaune: It's been awhile since I've been in here so I came over to play a game

Solomon.Your late Ruby,Yang got here earlier.

Ruby:Sorry for being a little late,Grandpa,I had to take care something earlier

Solomon:Ruby,I've heard from Jaune and Yang that haven't given up on finishing the puzzle.

Ruby:I'm never giving up—

Solomon:The puzzle is beyond human knowlegde and alot of more history to than I have told you when I gave it to you.

Ruby:History?,What history*She questioned as she tilted her head in curiosity*

Solomon:You when I was looking for within a tomb of the Valley Of The Kings,I found out about there being others who searched for it but every other person who searched for it perished mysteriously and the last person who searched for before me left because he wanted to live but horrified and said the same thing through a village"Beware The Shadow Games"

Jaune:Shadow Games?*The blonde asked as he blinked his eyes twice before he rasied an eyebrow in suspicion*

Yang:You know Ruby,This puzzle does sound a little dangerous.

Ruby:Shadow Games?, What's that?

Solomon:Look at the symbols carved on the box it says"The One Who Solves Me,Will Receive My Dark Knowledge and Power."

Ruby:I see....That means my wish will come true after all!!!,I'm excited,I have to finish it now!"She said with a bright smile on her face"

Yang: Maybe you should just return that back to Grandpa, It's a treasure after all.

Ruby:Your only thinking about money!,Yang,No way!!!

Later at night, Ruby would sitting at a table with her room trying to complete the puzzle and Solomon was watching threw the keyhole

Solomon(In His Mind): She's still at it and it's been 8 years,She does'nt give up, She really is my grandaughter.But the box says that if the person who solves the puzzle will receive the knowledge of the Shadow Games,Maybe it's best she doesn't finish it.

As he started leave,Ruby fell asleep and next to her hand was the puzzle half complete
