It was Christmas day, and Huey was running around like crazy, trying to get everything ready before all the family came over.

It's that time of year
Leave all our hopelessnesses aside

He had designated himself as the planner, and right now, things were getting crazy as everyone bustled around, helping where they could. 

"Louie, get up and help!" Huey said to his brother, who was currently sitting on the couch, playing on his phone. Huey grumbled and left when his little brother didn't get up.

Tears stop right here
I know we've all had a bumpy ride

Everything had been going smoothly, and now everyone was opening presents. Huey put on his best smile as he unwrapped his gifts, thanking each person in a different way.

"How did you know?"
"It's what I always wanted"
"Can never have too many of these"

After presents, the kids decided to play some board games at the table.
It ended up with Dewey tapping Huey's leg with his foot, and Webby going on about her character's backstory for Monopoly. Huey was getting frustrated.

Mmm yeah, quit kicking me under the table

Can we settle down, please? Oh oh

"Hue, calm down. It's just a game." Louie told his brother after Huey's outburst.

"Sorry, it's just that I'm a bit stressed." he responded, taking a deep breath.

Once they finished the game, they just talked for a bit, while the food was getting prepared.

Huey decided to step out for a minute. He excused himself to his room.

Bite, tongue, deep breaths
Count to ten, nod your head

When he got to his room, he took a few deep breaths to calm himself down, then walked back out into the Christmas celebration. 'What's that smell?' he thought to himself, before realizing, and running to the kitchen.

I think something is burning (oh, oh)
And now you've ruined the whole thing
Muffle the smoke alarm

After helping with the situation in the kitchen, Huey walked into the living room area to hear his least favorite Christmas song playing. It was so cheesy, it made his ears hurt. (XD)

"Dewey..." he groaned, running over to his brother, in whom he had entrusted the responsibility of music to.

Whoever put on this music
You better quick sharp remove it

Once he had dealt with the music situation, he drank two whole mugfuls of hot chocolate, and was going to get another, but Mrs. Beakley said no more.

Pour me another

A few minutes later, they ate. The meal went as planned, well except for the cake that had burned in the oven...

After dinner, Huey helped clean up, then rejoined his brothers and Webby.

"Hey, Bro!" Louie greeted him, "How's your day going?"

"It's a bit crazy," Huey thought for a moment, "but I'm surrounded by a family that loves me, so I guess it's not that bad."

Sure the day he been tiring, but that was only because he had stressed himself out. He didn't have to try to make the day go perfect. Everyone had a great time, just spending time together...

After all the extended family had gone, the rest of the family decided that it would be nice to relax and watch a movie. They had popcorn and hot chocolate, as they watch a movie that Uncle Scrooge had picked out. (It was the only way he was going to watch a movie with them.)

Huey and the rest of the kids ended up falling asleep in a cuddle pile. Donald, of course, took a picture and put it in the scrapbook he'd been making since the triplets had been born.
