Camping- Louie Route

Louie's POV

I was lying down on the grass, looking up at the sky, which was mostly being covered by trees, because someone....HUEY! Decided that it would "be fun" to go camping. Ugh, I just want to go home and lie down in my own bed, fast asleep. The sky was pretty nice without the sun constantly shining into your eyes. I closed my eyes lightly and I couldn't help but smile as I listened to the noises around me. There was a small breeze, and the sound many little animals making small noises. There were birds chirping quietly as I heard the leaves in the tree rustle. Our of nowhere, there was this weird, growl like sound that made me sit up. I looked over and saw that Dewey was walking across a lot while Huey talked to him. I shrugged, forgetting about the boys before lying back down and closing my again, falling asleep faster than I ever had before. I suddenly woke up, it as late and I was all alone.

"Huey? Dewey?" I call out. "Where'd you go?" I looked around for my brothers, but notseeing them anywhere. "Hubert! Dewford! This better not be a joke cause this isn't funny!"

"Louie..." I swiftly turn around and see a dark light run across the floor before disappearing.I jump at the sight, scooting away slightly.

"What, who, who are you? What are you?" I asked. No reply. If course. I feel around for my phone to see if I can call Dewey for help, buf, just my luck, Huey had forced us to leave our phones at home. Great idea Hue. I closed my eyes, knowing that there was no possible way that that thing could be real.

"Louie..." The voice said again.

"Go away!" I yelled. "Leave me alone!"

"Louie..."

"Go away!!" There was a small breath in the top of my head, making me turn around look up at a shadowy, monster like creature. I screamed loudly, but I couldn't hear anything come out of my mouth. 'Help..' I thought to myself. I need to move, I need to run, do something! Anything!!! I felt my body tense and then someone shaking me. I woke up screaming, this time actual sound came out. I looked over and once I saw my oldest brother, I pulled him into a hug. There were small tears falling down my cheeks as he hugged me back, gently. After about five minutes, I heard a scream that sounded like Dewey and looked over a bit to see him running towards us, and right through the stream as well.

"Dewey!? What's wrong?" Huey asked ask him as Dewey kneeled down in front of Huey and I. He took a few deep breaths, trying to catch it.

"M-mon, monster....here, have to, go." He stuttered.

"Dewey, there's no such things as monsters, not in this forest anyway." Huey claimed. I was stating at the grass, breathing heavily.

"What's wrong, w-with him?" Dewey asked, still catching his breath. I then muttered something under his breath.

"Monster...."

Later that night, after we had eaten something we sat there in a both comfortable and awkward atmosphere as we stared at the fire. I looked over at Huey as I heard him clear to throat.

"Did you guys know that there's a spirit that lives here?" He stated. Dewey raised an eyebrow, looking at him like he was crazy. "No, I'm serious!" Huey claimed. "You know that 'monster' thing you saw, that's one of it's forms." He explained.

"Y-You're joking right?" I asked him.

"No, it's all in the JWG, and if it's not in the JWG, then it doesn't exist." He stated, standing up and walking over to me. "If you're not careful," He whispered. "And you look at it for evrn one, second," He continued. "It'll grab you! And take you into the forest!" He touched my shoulders abruptly as he spoke, making me jump.

"Quit it Huey, this isn't funny!" Dewey claimed, his voice a bit more quiet than normal.

"I'm not trying to be fu- did you hear that?" He turned around and faced the darkest part of the forest. "It's in there." He whispered. "Quick, we can't look at it or it'll grab us, close your eyes."

"We're not falling for it Huey." I stated, my arms crossed. We kept our eyes open, waiting for something to happen, and when nothing happened, we rolled our eyes and turned away. Suddenly, the loud snap of a branch was heard, followed by the rustling of leaves. "What was that!?" I yelled.

"I swear, I, don't, know." Huey stated. Dewey looked around, his eyes looked a bit watery when I looked at them. Was he really going to cry? Another sound was heard, making both of us jump. I looked around frantically, terrified of what could be in the dark. Suddenly, I felt something touch the back of my neck, making me jump.

"Wait, where did Huey go?" I ask.

"What are you talking about?" Dewey continued.

"Help." Something whispered. "Help me." Dewey turned around, me doing the same right after. We turned back around and I saw something in the trees, but I wasn't sure.

"Do you see that?" Dewey whispered.

"What is that!?" I asled, my voice shaky from terror.

"H-Huey, I-I-I-I swear if, if this is j-joke!" Dewey stumbled over his words. "Huey? Where are you?" I suddenlt heard a scream making the two of us scream loudly, and turning around to face Huey. We both had tears in their eyes, and even some stained on our cheeks.

"Got you!" He laughed a bit.

"You're a jerk!!" Dewey yelled, running away from where we were. He looked over at me since I had just whimperedg softly.

"I-I'm going home." I muttered, walking away from him as well.

"Guys, it was just a joke, I'm sorry." I heard him stiffle back a laugh, but I idn't answer, or come back.
