Aquaphobia- Paranoia

Dewey and Huey immediately tackled Louie into a hug, the youngest duckling in shock, his eyes brimmed with tears, but he didn't know what to do, should he cry or should he not? Louie gently pushed his brothers away. He wiped his eyes with his sleeve.

"I'm okay guys, really." His voice was still hoarse from the coughing.

"Are you sure?" Huey asked. Louie nodded. "Alright then, let's go home." He offered.

//Later that night\\

Louie lay in his bed alone in his room. He quivered in fear as he heard the rain fell heavily on the roof of the mansion. His body began to shake violently in fear as he remembered the crashing waves that hit against his body earlier that day. Louie's breathing began getting heavy as his heart began racing. As if a large heat wave hit out no where, he began sweating as well. Dizziness took over him as his vision became blurry, his stomach churned as he became nauseous. Tears began falling from his eyes only making things worse as his eyes stung from the salt in his tears. He remembered the feeling of that in the ocean, his eyes open as the salt water went into them. Louie shook in fear, he didn't want to scream for help, he didn't want to cry anymore, he didn't want to vomit, but he really wanted to do all of it. The rain continued falling making Louie's panic attack stretch from ten minutes to forty five. He soon fell asleep from exhaustion. The next morning, Louie woke up with large bags under his eyes.

"Morning Louie." Dewey greeted. Louie didn't answer.

"Louie?" Huey called out. "Louie? Can you hear us?" Huey went up to his brother and tapped his shoulder. Louie turned around suddenly and accidentally smacked Huey's hand.

"Louie!?" Dewey yelled in shock.

"Oh my gosh, I'm so sorry!" Louie apologized.

"Are you okay Hue?"

"I'm fine, I'm fine." Huey looked at Louie. "Are you feeling okay? You look really tired."

"Yeah,  now that you mention it, he looks really sleepy, was it the rain last night? Did it keep you up?" Dewey asked.

"R-rain...." Louie laughed nervously. "Of course not. I-I gotta go."

"But you just got up." Huey stated. Louie ran towards his room, he felt his heart begin to race rapidly just as it had happened the night before. He gripped the fabric on his chest tightly as he began having trouble breathing. An hour went by before Huey and Dewey saw Louie once again. After breakfast, they went in search of him and found him in his room fast asleep.

"Aw, he's sleeping." Dewey said. "Should we wake him up?" Huey shrugged.

"Maybe we shouldn't."

"I think we should, come on."

"No, Dewey. Woah." Dewey lead Huey into Louie's room, and they stared at their brother. "Look."

"What is it?" Dewey pointed to Louie's cheeks which had dry tears on them. "Was he crying? Something's wrong."

"No.....no..." Louie whimpered out. "Not the water." Louie sat up screaming as his breathing stilled.

"Louie? Louie!?" Huey yelled. Dewey climbed up on the bed and waved a hand in front of his brother's face.

"He's not moving!"

"Is he breathing!?" Huey asked. Dewey checked,  he shook his head. "Do something! Hit him, I don't care, just something!" Dewey looked around in panic, he saw a cup of water on the bookshelf, he grabbed it and threw the water on Louie. Louie's breathing started again but when he realized that he was covered in water, he began hyperventilating. "Louie? Breath.....it's okay. Do you understand me? You're gonna be okay, just breath." Louie nodded and began breathing deeply. His body shook in fear. Dewey sat there in shock.

"Oh my gosh oh my gosh oh my gosh oh my gosh! I'm sorry!! What did I do!?"

"Calm down Dewey, you're gonna freak him out even more."

"Okay, okay." Dewey walked out of the room to try and calm down.

"Louie, breath, breath, breath. In and out, it's okay." Louie calmed down after a few minutes and looked around,  embarrassment took over him and he looked down.

"Get out." He comanded.

"What?"

"G-get out!" Huey walked out of the room and looked for Dewey.

"Dewey? You okay?" Dewey was hiding in a cabinet not to far away.

"I-I scared him. I almost killed him!"

"Dewey, you didn't know, it's okay." Dewey clung onto Huey and hugged him tightly. Louie listened from inside his room.

Days went by and Louie refused to leave his room, he hadn't showered in days, or eaten at that. Louie was lonely, tired, scared, dirty,  hungry, and thirsty.  Very thirsty, but every time he would even think about having a drink he would break down and have another episode. It had been a week and Huey and Dewey,  along with everyone else, were getting worried. The two triplets went to their brother's room and knocked on the door, what they saw, shocked them.
