Remember back when this book first started I posted a whole chapter on how Darkwing Duck would fit into the Reboot?

Yeah I was WAY OFF!

Turns out DWD is a Show within a Show now. But there is another way he could return.

Now in Ducktales, Darkwing Duck is a Show from the 80's or 90's, mainly because after I posted the review I found a tiny little Easter egg on Launchpad's Drivers licence:

It says his Birthday is September 18th, 1987, first off that's a nod to the Original Series' premiere, and secondly, he basically would remember growing up with this show on TV.

And it also makes him a millennial, which explains why he's that much of a more TV Show Smarts and Less Driving Smarts personality, but lets not go there.

Basically This Universes Darkwing Duck is Launchpad's Childhood. But as we all know, in this Decade, everything that you loved as a kid growing up, has to be ruined by someone who wants to make money.

My point exactly!

Sure the Ducktales Reboot is considered the only good reboot we got on cable, but that's because Disney knows how to do a reboot, most of the time.

But Hollywood Nowadays have gotten pretty lazy and started to remake anything. And knowing this universe is somewhat similar to ours, I wouldn't be surprised if some idiot decided to Give Darkwing Duck a gritty reboot making Launchpad mad.

Why a Gritty Reboot? Well like I said in the review of the episode, Darkwing Duck is basically Batman, and well........

This was back when DC wasn't trying way to hard to beat Marvel.

Basically Launchpad could have heard a news story that they're rebooting Darkwing Duck for The Triplet's Generation and goes to find Jim Starling, or whatever the actor's name is, and tell him about it, this video from Seaniccus will explain the new darkwing better:

Yeah, since this new Darkwing Duck is much like the original, being played by an Actor who insist he does his own stunts like I don't know Tom Cruise for Example, I can't name any off the top of my head, He would be furious that a character he cemented as his own is being redone in this form.

Sure its different now with every superhero being rebooted, some for the good:

But mostly for the worst:

I swear that is an actual poster for that movie that I saw in the theater the day I saw Avemgers: Infinity War.

Louie: Man I can't wait til they make an Honest Trailer for that Movie.

But anything Comic Book Related Gets like 52 reboots a year.

Huey: According to my calculations that's One Reboot a week.........Wow and I thought these Comic Book Cinematic Universes were sloppy enough.

So basically Launchpad reacting to A Darkwing Duck Reboot would be an interesting storyline.

Unless as it turns out Darkwing Duck isn't a reboot but something that is actually happening in real time there, then this was made for nothing.

But that's just my theory, A Film Theory......sorry I had to.
