Preconceptions:

This is going to be the reboots first introduction to Gizmoduck and Lin Manuel-Miranda, aka Hamilton.

Shut up Dewford! And from Promos I saw a possible return of Mark Beaks.......yay? Look I pretty much described how much I hate Mark Beaks along time ago, and this is kind of bad timing because his inspiration, Mark Zuckerberg, was in the news lately, bad news.

Now for the Show!

Review:

So the episode starts off with a surprise....DARKWING DUCK!

I actually met the voice behind Darkwing Duck once, at a convention, Nice Guy actually.

And its official Darkwing Duck is basically a TV Show in a TV Show that Dewey was watching..........BOO! I WANTED AN ACTUAL CROSSOVER! Eh, maybe next season.

Anyway Dewey isn't impressed as Darkwing Duck really didn't rely on CGI but Launchpad, who is a massive superfan of the show, told him that DWD relied on pratical effects and stunts.....assuming this was an 80's show, CGI was barely popular at the time and unless your name is George Lucas, you can't afford it. Now CGI is standard no matter what Superhero Movie or Show your watching. Honestly do you really think Grant Gustin runs that fast? He's the Flash before you ask.

Louie: So the Good Flash from TV not the lame one from the new movies, Got it!

Anyway, as it turns out Launchpad never had a licence ever, and is now getting.....wait how did Scrooge Not Know About this? Whatever, while at McDuck Money Bin headquarters, they run into Scrooge with Gyro Gearloose, YAY I ACTUALLY MISSED HIM, NO JOKE, showing Scrooge a model of a new train, which kind of looks like the Monorail at Disney World, please tell me those are the new ones because the ones that are already down there are......well........

Louie: Is it me or Does Disney World have a lot of problems right now.

They better fix them before I go down in October.

And guess who shows up?

Too late Lin-Manuel Miranda as Fenton Crackshell-Cabrera, aka the New Gozmoduck, who works as Gyro's Intern.

And Gyro gets jealous of Mark, no blaming him, because he built a robot buddy.

And then we cut to Mark giving a speech at Waddle Headquarters announcing Buddy, called B.U.D.D.Y......is this the new Project TADA?

And this robot can drive you anywhere. Nope. Sorry. I'm not that comfortable with Artficial Intellegence yet.

And neither is Launchpad because now he feels threatened, because the robot is a better driver than him, and can't crash.

Scrooge is impressed by this, and Launchpad feels even more threatened, and challenges the robot to a race.

Not Fast and Furious Style.......I hate Fast and Furious.

That night Launchpad and Dewey sneak into Gyro's lab, and then get caught by the Headless Man Horse.

Webby: That one's pretty self explanatory.

Who is working as another intern for Gyro...oh so Fenton is not enough for you? Flipping jerk!

Launchpad asks for help but Gyro made Fenton do all the work and then we are introduced to the new Gizmoduck suit.......well at least it is better than Gizmoduck's original origin story:

Anyway Gyro refuses to help but Fenton on the other hand, does.

Then we skip to the race and Launchpad loses..........I feel sorry for him, but all he knows is how to crash and not how to do it safely.

Gyro finds out That Fenton accidently posted about Gyro's secret projects online, because the B.U.D.D.Y. is literally a bulbbot but with a less stupid design, Mark called it stupid and it goes evil......something tells me Mark Beaks is Rich because he came from a rich family.

*cringes* And I thought I hated Mark Beaks because of his Personality, but no, he's basically one of those Instagram Rich Kids who took over Daddy's precious company.

Anyway, Launchpad and Fenton noticed, Launchpad drives into action while Fenton calls up for the Gizmoduck suit, while at the same time making Lin-Manuel Miranda fangirl while voicing the character, Pfft nerd, and then they manage to beat the robot.

Also Darkwing Duck is Batman while Gizmoduck is Iron Man.

Scrooge Congratulates Launchpad, while Gyro rehires Fenton, and long story short Mark wants the Gizmoduck suits.....suddenly he isn't as annoying as when we first met him. So Mark Beaks is now the Ducktales Equivilent to Obadiah Stane from the first Iron Man Movie? If he was played by Jeff Bridges he would be even less annoying.

Postconceptions:

I really liked the episode. It was funny, it introduced a new character real well, and pretty much turned one of the most annoying characters in the New Ducktales an actual threat.

I don't know Disney Forgot to put out a Promo. I think because one of the Stars of the Upcoming Mary Poppins Returns was The Guest Star they decided to show a promo.

On the bright side Most of the Cast was at Disneyland for Disney Channel Fan Fest today.

The one who didnt show up was Launchpad's Voice Actor but he has an excuse since he is a Cast Member on Saturday Night Live. Although not surprised they got David Tennent to Show up. Why? Its Disneyland who would say no to a free trip to Disneyland?

Louie: I don't know a parade float catches fire?

*Awkward Silence is Awkward*

Louie: Was that Too Soon?

Dewey: That was Litterally Yesterday!

Huey: How would you feel if Uncle Scrooge or Uncle Donald were on that Float?

Webby: Way to be Insensitive Llewelyn!

Louie: STOP CALLING ME BY MY REAL NAME! *Runs Away*
