Mental Health (+/positives)

• Wilbur acts as though he is a strongly structured leader, although not having a place to lead. He believes that if he tries hard enough he can change.

• Wilbur has the strong hope that Phil and Ranboo believe in him as well.

• He puts trust into Ranboo and Quackity - treated as a human beneath their wraps.

Mental Health (-/negatives)

• Due to past trauma Wilbur suffers from terrible delusions and paranoia (canon). However, these can be deeply rooted into other trauma unknown to us (headcanon).

• Wilbur has ties to ARG Wilbur, it's unknown of what happened, but they say it was traumatic enough his brain dissociated itself.

• Wilbur suffers from depression and had been on medication since age 9.

• Wilbur was manipulated by Dream pre revival to the point Wilbur trusted him. Wilbur soon caught on and while trapped within Dream's web, began experiencing suicidal thoughts, believing someone was meant to save him.

Fears:

• Wilbur is afraid of being alone  and of trains. (monophobia and Siderodromophobia)

• He is also afraid of rain - a side effect of Ghostbur's memories being driven into him (Ombrophobia)

Note; Wilbur is suffering from different things, so he keeps them under wraps so others can't see him struggling. He is afraid they'll use that against him.
