Anxiety prone, nervous, mental breakdown prone, very easily spooked and he has...certain issues with PTSD due to his active servive. (He has been ripped from his time in most roleplays). His memories can strike him im stressful moments and he will either shut down, break down or go into a fight mode.

He is kind od buff due to his training obviously but is still very compact like a runner, the only reason he is strong at all is to be able to carry full grown men in combat gear. It's part of his old job so...yeaah

He has some stubble, a little thin but very compact with muscle. When you first meet him he will most likely still have all his gear on as well as his uniform.
