(Annasophia's POV)

Days passed and it was finally the day of the party. When I got there the music was pumping and the house was crowded. When I went inside I was greeted by David and he looked incredibly hot. "Hey Anna you look really hot" David said handing me a beer. "Oh thanks, you look great too" I said with a cheesy smile. "Come on let's dance" David said pulling me towards the dance floor. As we danced I noticed that David would pull me closer towards him and it kind of felt awkward. After dancing I went around the house to see people drunk, high, or passed out.

I was walking towards the dance floor again when I saw David flirting with another girl he then took her by the hand lead to a room and closed the door. My heart sank down towards my feet and the tears came rolling with it. I then ran out of the house into the backyard with hot tears still on my cheeks.

(Nicks POV)

I walked into the house and the smell of alcohol immediately hit me. I walked to a table grabbed a beer and headed towards the backyard. Once I got to the backyard I lighted up my cigarette and inhaled the smoke I immediately then felt at home. After an hour of being there and enjoying my cigarettes Anna busted out through the door with tears fresh in her eyes. She stood there sobbing hysterically for about five minutes until she finally noticed me. "Why is it that on the worse day of my life you're here" She said through tears. "Hey are you ok"? "Do I look ok to you"?

"Hey I was just asking to be nice no need to bite my head off"! "Sorry I didn't mean to snap at you it's just that today was supposed to be the best day of my life but now it's turned into the worst day of my life" she said while trying to calm down. I went up to her and put my jacket on her and asked "can I ask what happened". She looked at me with surprise in her eyes and said "I thought that David liked me but it turns out that he's just a man whore". "Well you can just tell that he's a man whore and trust me I've seen a lot of them to know one when I see one". "Why are you being so nice to me" she asked. "Because no lady should be treated that way" I told her. "You know what you need, you need some fun come on lets go" I said leading her by the arm inside.

(Annasophia's POV)

He led me towards the dance floor and we started to dance. As we danced he started to pull me closer to him like David did earlier. But something was different this time, this time it felt good for some reason. "Feeling any better now that you're having some fun"? I wasn't really paying attention to what he said, so I asked "huh what". "Having fun yet" he asked, I turned to him and smiled at him "better than before". "Good" he smiled; he had a dazzling smile that would melt any girl's heart. "You want me to take you home" Nick asked me.

"Yea I think it's about time that I go home". "Come on I'll give you a ride". "Okay" I said with a smile following him out the house. He got on his motor cycle and I asked "you expect me to get on that". "Yea is there a problem" he asked. "Yea what if we crash or get hit by a car or a bus or something" I asked a little scared. "Trust me I've been riding this thing for years and I haven't crashed not once, it's completely safe" he reassured me. I took a deep breath and got on the motorcycle behind him.

I then wrapped my arms around him "Hey you should at least buy me dinner first". I giggled then smiled and said "Let's just go". He zooms down the streets and dropped me off at my house "thanks Nick, I'll see you at school". When I walked into the house I noticed my mother sitting on the sofa with her arms crossed. "So honey who was that", "who's who mom". "Oh you know that boy that you were on the motorcycle with". "Oh him, he's nothing, no body"! "Is he a friend of yours"? "Yea I guess you would say that he is my friend". "Does your father know about this friend of yours"? "Noooooo I um really haven't gotten the chance to tell him about him". "Oh okay do you think that we should tell him about it"? "This should be our little secret, night mom".

(Nick's POV)

I rode down town to meet up with my boys at our usual spot. As I walked towards them they were giggling amongst themselves and smiling at me. "Hey guys um you know your drug dealers so stop acting like school girls"! "Sorry boss it's that we've never seen you like this before" Miguel said. "Like what?" "You know happy and stuff." "Moving on what's up with Hec's group what's all the commotion about?" "Hector's been selling on our turf and stealing our customers along with our merchandise!" "WHAT are you serious; doesn't he know the codes that were all supposed to follow?"

"I don't know what's going on boss that's why I'm telling you about it to see what you decide." "Come on were going to pay Hec's group a little visit." We got on our bikes and headed out towards the ghetto part of town. It took us about twenty minutes before we arrived to Hec's turf. We got off our bikes and walked towards them. "Hey Hec what's up?" "Nick old buddy, old pal what brings you around these parts?" "Oh nothing just wanted to talk." "Oh really what about?"

"Just about how you've been selling on my turf and stealing my customers!" "Are you accusing me of breaking the code?" "Yeah I am and you better stop it if not were going to have problems!" "Is that a threat Nicholas" he said getting in my face. "Yeah it is so back off" I said getting in his. He walked away and as he did he said "Fine I'll back off" he then turned to me and pulled a gun on me. "Have any more smart comments to say Nick" he said pointing the gun at my chest. "Yeah I do, you're a real idiot aren't you" I then grabbed the gun out of his hand and pointed it back at him.

"Come Nick don't be stupid, you're not going to shoot me"! "You don't know what I'm going to do" I then shot a bullet in the air and that started a round of shots one after the other. Miguel and I hid behind this abandoned car that was there and joined in on the rounds. After about fifteen rounds Hec shouted "This ain't over" and ran off with his boys in their cars. We were happy that we had won but all of a sudden I started to get this sharp pain in my shoulder. "Nick we did it we won the shot out"! "Yeah, fuck they shot me"! "Fuck, guys Nicks been shot come we need to take him to the hospital, don't worry Nick you'll be alright"!

(Annasophia's POV)

I pulled into the parking space; rushing to get to class I was late by 30 minutes. "Oh crap my teacher is going to kill me" I thought to myself as I started running to my class. After getting my books from my locker I rushed to class with lighting speed. As I turned the corner I ran into someone, I fell and all my books scattered on the floor. "Jesus fucking Christ you have got to be kidding me". I looked up to see nick clutching his shoulder and groaning in agony. "Hey Nick sorry I didn't see you there". "You better be fuckin sorry, that fuckin hurt"! "Gee how can me bumping into your shoulder hurt so much"!

"You know what forget it you wouldn't understand". "What do you mean I wouldn't understand"? "Just forget it"! "No I can't just forget it what did you mean"? "I said forget about it so drop it"! He then walked away towards class me being how prescient I am, I followed him curiously to find out what really was going on with him. We walked into class and I sat next to him and started to annoy him again. "Come on tell me please"! "No now shut up"! "Please, please, please tell me, tell me, tell me"!

(Nick's POV)

Oh my fucking god this girl is so fucking annoying I wish somebody would just shoot her in her motherfucking head! Then she started with the tell me, tell me, tell me and at that moment I wished I had my gun to blast her fucking brains out. When class was dismissed she still followed me out of the classroom annoying me to death, doesn't she know when to go away. I was walking down the hall way and she was still following me. "Don't you know when to fuck off" I yelled at her. "I will as soon as you tell me what happened to your shoulder" she says. I turned around and started to walk away from her when she said "come on tell me pleaseeeeeeeee". "I WAS SHOT"! She stopped dead in her tracks and asked "what, what do you mean you were shot".

"I was literally shot with a bullet and a gun do you understand". "How did you get shot" she asked. "That's none of your business". "So don't start begging cause no matter how much you beg I'm not going to tell you". "Okay I understand, I'm sorry". "Now will you please leave me alone"? "Ok so what now buddy"? "Didn't I just tell you to leave me alone"? "Yeah about the subject"!

"God I wish I had my gun right now to blast your brains out"! "Wow now I understand why you got shot for being such a jackass" she turned around and walked away. "Did that motherfucker just call me a fuckin' jackass" I said to myself. After all my classes I went to my motorcycle and went home. I went into my mother's room to check on her. "Hey mom you okay" I asked her. "Nicholas is that you, are you back from school already" I heard my mother's sweet voice say "yeah mom it's me" I said. Today is another day in hell, after being shot two days ago I just wanted to kill everybody that bothered me. Then I remembered Anna, yesterday I almost bit her head off, great now I have to go apologize to her. I walked to my first class, when I walked into the class I saw Anna sitting at her side of the table.

"Hey Anna, I wanted to apologize for the way I acted yesterday". "You mean when you almost bit my head off just for being worried about you" she said. "You were worried about me, that's really weird to hear". "Why don't you have somebody in your life that's cares about you"? "Yeah I do and she could die in any minute". "Oh my god are you serious" she asked. "Yeah I'm serious". Class started and we dropped the conversation but I still had this sensation that she was looking at me.

(Annasophia's POV)

My heart just sank when Nick told me that he didn't have anyone that cared about him. Especially when he said that the only person that actually cared about him could die in any minute. I couldn't even imagine myself in that type of position because even though my dad's always working I know he cares. Class was over and we headed towards our lockers I decided to go out of my way and try to make an attempt at becoming friends. "Hey Nick I know we got off kind of on the wrong foot but I want to turn a new leaf and try to become friends". "Your serious you want to become friends with me are you nuts"? "Yeah maybe a little but I'm being nice so what do you say"? "Yeah sure what ever but all I know is that you're in for a ride with me"! "Well then I'll hold on tight" I said staring into his eyes.

We then started to talk and we seem to have some things in common. Like how we both care a lot for our families would do anything for them. He was telling me about his mom when this girl walked up to us and said "Hey Nick I was wondering if you wanted to hang out some time"? "Sure just name the time and place and I'll be there". I didn't think much of it until he said yeah I then got this weird feeling in my chest as if I were jealous or something. 'Why am I jealous I don't even like this dude' I thought to myself. 'Shut up yes you do like him he's freakin hot and mysterious'. 'No I don't he's mean, rude, and obnoxious and curses too much'!

'He's a freakin bad boy duh how much hotter can you get'! 'I don't like him he's so not my type'! 'He is so your type dark, mysterious, hot, sexy, and smooth'! 'Oh my god; shut up and go away'! "Hey Anna are you ok"? "Huh oh yeah I'm great just thinking about something"! "Whatever I'll see you in class ok". "Yeah um see yea there"!
