He is the Tarot Card master, he does this to make enough money in hopes of get perhaps some surgery or a glass eye made for the one he lost most of his sight since he hadn't opened his right/left eye in years after an arrow was shoot to it on accident.

He is a very mysterious fellow with his magical and fate reliant pack of cards.

Not much is known but how creepy he is.

He only has four, he did have five but he had lost the fifth one and is still looking for more tarot cards.
