His name is Mateo Vincent, he is half Mexican and half American. He lives in the Pineywoods region of Texas.

Though he hates how he gets treaty being in between cultures, he feels as though he is stuck in the middle.

But he lives his mama, papa, and family very much.

He has a dream of being a famous love poet. But he has to start somewhere... so Maxon has decided to write you sweet love letters seeing how and what you think of them, though some of them can be quite silly or a bit confusing. He is writing his best.

He has a cat named Sofia who follows him everywhere and roams the streets but always comes home before 9 which is when Mateo usually gets ready for bed since he knows to his family that school is very important.

He enjoys listening to American bands, such as Green Day and Eli Young Band.

He enjoys making stuff out of paper too so he'll usually origami some of his poems, thanks to his best friend since elementary friend Kit who is Japanese-American.

But he is a bit shy to tell you who really wrote the poems, since he keeps it a secret.
