Arthur Baxter is a nice little fellow. He and his older sister Katherine help clean the master's(you) mansion.

He loves playing with the cats that explore the town as well as hang out on the roof and instead of sweeping the chimney he watches the sky then rushes to get his job done.

He say he always gets a dollar for every chimney he cleans, and your mansion has quite a few.

Though he knows his job is dangerous he doesn't mind it since he wants to help his sister get money.

Though if he doesn't get his way he can be a bit of a brat.
