Those were two of the lines Ayla heard before being taken in by mafia in the wizarding community. They just kicked her aside or threw boiling water at her. Ayla ran away from the orphanage when she was six, she thought anywhere was better than there, even death seemed more pleasing. For months she had been begging on the streets of Gringotts for years, hoping for someone to give her something, nobody budged.
