three | Zuko decides to antagonise the Avatar
"This seems like an absolutely terrible idea," Zuko shot Tui a glare, as she watched him get ready for his battle.
"Thank you, Tui, for you words of inspiration," She smiled at him, before leaning against the door. "It will all go well. We'll capture the Avatar and then go home."
"Who are you trying to convince? Me or you?" Zuko glared once more, as the smaller girl shrugged. "I'll get all of the medical kits ready. Have fun out there."
"Tui!"
"What?" She called back, poking her head back through his door.
"Can you at least try and be supportive?" Zuko growled, as Tui rolled her eyes and sent him a soft grin.
"You'll do great, Zuko, just keep your temper under control and we shall be fine," She replied, watching as the boy finally relented and nodded to her. "Great. I'll be with Uncle Iroh then."
She disappeared from the room before he could reply, walking down the hallway until she reached Iroh's room. The man was already waiting, a cup of tea in front of him and a game board set up ahead of him.
"My Dear," He smiled over at her, as Tui sat down. "I see that my nephew did not listen to your words of wisdom."
"No," Iroh patted her hand gently.
"Do no fret, my Dear," Tui smiled at him. "Zuko just needs his eyes opened a little bit before he takes heed of your advice."
"Thanks, Uncle,"

There was a commotion on board, enough of one for Tui to open the door and step out to stand in the doorway as a small boy came running towards her.
"What are you doing?" He screeched to a stop, looking at her in confusion and worry. "You're the Avatar."
"Yes?" Tui shrugged, wondering how this small boy was supposedly the Avatar if it had been 100 years since they saw it. How could a little boy be the most powerful person on the Earth? "Have you seen my staff?"
"Try Zuko's door. Next one along," She replied, before stepping out of the corridor and going back up onto the top deck. If she had her thoughts in order, then the corridor was going to get quite fiery with those two fighting one another.
She emerged onto the top deck watching as the window of Zuko's room lit up periodically with flames, before it all went silent once more. She watched as the Avatar went flying off of the navigation deck, Zuko jumping onto the top of the glider afterwards, and she winced.
Her medical supplies were going to be in high demand it would seem.
The Avatar veered, before both of them went slamming into the deck, and Tui hurried away from the fight. She caught Zuko's eye, and he hurried to stand in front of her, protecting her from the Avatar.
A growl was heard.
"What is that?" Zuko called, as Tui looked up at the flying beast that was diving down towards the ship.
"I don't really want to find out," Tui replied.
"Stay behind me," He called, shooting a wave of fire at the Avatar, who went spinning backwards. "I don't want you to get hurt."
Zuko shot wave after wave of fire at the boy, finally pushing him off of the side of the boat before he retreated to Tui's side.
"Are you okay? Are you hurt?"
"No, I'm fine," She replied, before shivering, as Zuko warmed his body up to keep her warm. "Uh...Zuko? Don't mean to alarm you, but..."
Tui pointed behind the boy, who turned to stare at the wall of water that was rising from the sea in front of them.
"What is going on?" He asked, pushing her backwards.
"I think you upset him," The funnel of water rose further, before it deposited the Avatar onto the ship's deck. There was a moment pause, before he sent the water around him and pushed it out, throwing all of them back.
Tui let out a screech at the cold water and the sensation of flying through the air until she slammed into the side of the ship with a thud, the metal bruising her back.
Her eyes fluttered close, and when she opened them again, she saw three fire nation soldiers frozen in their armor, a bison flying off into the distance and Iroh pulling Zuko up from overboard the ship.
"Tui!" She waved her hand, shivering taking over her body as Zuko ran over and pulled her to her feet, heating his body temperature up to get her warm again, as they watched the bison go. "Are you alright?"
"S...S...So c..co...cold..." Her teeth chattered together, as Zuko gave her a worried look, before turning to look at the helmsman.
"Shoot them down!" He thundered, before leading her back towards the main cabins. "Come on, let's get you inside."
"T...Than...Thanks..." Zuko nodded at Tui's words, both of them turning to watch as a wave of fire was launched at the bison. The Avatar deflected it, as the two teenagers face turned to one of horror as the ice began to collapse down onto the ship.
Zuko and her ducked down as the ice flew over their heads, the only thing preventing them from being buried was the heat radiating off of Zuko, melting the ice before it could reach them.
"Zuko? Tui?" Iroh's voice came over the cracking of ice, as Tui waved a cold hand. "My Dear, you are blue!"
"I...I know..." She chattered out, as Iroh helped her to her feet once more. "W...Water..."
"I see," He patted her hand. "I will get you a pot of warming tea. Good news, Nephew, the Fire Nation's greatest threat is just a little kid."
"That kid, Uncle," Zuko growled, standing up and stalking back over to them. "Just did this. I won't underestimate him again. Dig this ship out and follow them! As soon as you're done with that."
He replied, before opening the door and helping Tui back to her cabin.
"Let's get you warmed up," Zuko murmured, grabbing multiple blankets to wrap around the smaller girl. "We can't have out healer being under the weather. The whole ship would fall into disrepair without you here to help."
"Thanks," Tui's teeth chattered, as Zuko began to warm the room back up to a higher temperature, as he placed a thicker tunic onto her bed.
"I'll leave you to it," Zuko replied, before pausing in the door and turning to look at her. "I'm sorry that this happened."
"It's alright, Zuko,"
"No. This won't happen again, promise,"
"Don't make promises you can't keep,"
Hiya,
Zuko and Tui are complete softies with one another and I love it. Also, Tui and Iroh's relationship brings me a lot of life and they're such a good family together.
Let me know what you think,
Love Li xx
