Anyways. 

Photomanipulation, or my understanding of it, is when you have two images and you edit one into looking like it's part of the second. 

So yeah, I decided to try my hand at it, and the result turned out to be pretty awesome. 

First, I drew a background using SketchBook:

And then I found an image online for the second image:

And then I 'photomanipulated' it onto the background.

And then I went onto Pixlr, messed around, and added some text and a border to finish it up:

And viola! Photomanipulation complete!
