"Prison"

After two weeks

"They stare at me - All those criminals when I walk around the grounds" She said taking a bite of her food which was changed from rotten toasts to a new dish - kimchi , gipimbap, tteokbokki, jajangmyeon, ramen and from water to a new flavoured juice every day. "As if they are going to eat me alive."

Tyler :" None can hurt you here, YN."

YN : " Even if I eat seperately, I feel it as if they know I get special food and even to me, it doesn't make sense. I am perfectly fine now. Why do I still get healthy food? "

Tyler :" Your doctor said you need nutrition and hey, you shouldn't complain when you are getting the protocol yeah? "

YN :" Not when it's a near death experience. "She smiled finishing her food and put the disposible plates back in the tray making sure she didn't create much mess.

She was doing much better than Tyler has seen in the past 2 years. The whole hospital event and meeting Jungkook changed her. She attends her therapy sessions and surprisingly cooperates well. The doctor have informed about her treatment and that she was recovering quite fastly.

Tyler :" I will take them back."

YN :" Thank you Tyler, for visiting me every other day."He nodded and picked up the tray walking out of her prison and locking it behind him.

Her eyes shifted back towards her ring, the only thing that was left with her. The thing most special to her.

I will learn to live without you. So, you won't have to take pity on me anymore. So, the next time you see me. I will the YN who made you fell for her.

He entered the the small prison she was in, it was dark, the only source of light was the tube light hanging down the hallways. She was sleeping, a thin piece of cloth used as a blanket covering her body. There was a window sealed with bars where your hands-probably hers wouldn't reach. You could see the moon through the small block.

Is that how being caged feels like? Unable to reach out to the sky even when it is so closed to you. He wondered. Adding something like that in a prison architecture had to be the most cruel addition. He'd sue that person.

He walked towards her taking a beside her sleeping figure. She hugged the cloth like a plushie, cheek squished against the hard pillow so her lips turned in to a pout. He removed the cloth off her feet and held on to them softly rubbing the pressure point. Hands moving towards her calves massaging to soothe the tensed muscles. He made sure she wouldn't wake up or if she did, he wouldn't be someone to be her first sight. He'd make sure.

You should've never met me. You should've never fallen for a monster like me. You, deserved the world. Not this stinky dark hole. Weren't you... Always afraid of dark.

Jungkook held on to her hand bringing it against his cheek. He kissed the ring in her finger and the memories of past flashed through his eyes. When he first slid the ring in her finger vs the last time he made her wear the ring forcefully. The times when he'd kiss her so softly just like the spring melts against the waterfall and the times he treated her like an animal. The times he would roam around the home with her in his arms if they made love the last night and the times he shoved the painkillers down her throat.

Did he even deserve to feel guilty?

Did he do anything to repent?

His tear rolled down his cheek and the moment it slid down her wrist he left her hand and stood up dashing out of the prison as if he'd miss a train. He didn't look back again, if he did. He would know. She was awake, the whole time.

YN :" Asshole." She kicked the blanket off her and sat up rubbing the wet spot on her wrist.

YN :" Is it too hard to confess? I didn't even ask for an apology. Last time Too , I was the first one to kiss . You never change. "

Her shoulders fell as a deep puff of air escaped her lips. She sulked back in her spot pulling her knees against her cheeks.

YN :" I should've known, I was getting special treatment because of you. "Her eyes shifted towards the moon looking just like as it does always :beautiful even when it's alone.

YN :" Hurry up Gguk. I am losing my patience. Please don't be late. "

" I am tired. "
