Manvi's POV

I opened my eyes, I kept my hand towards my right but no one was there. I heard my sister's voice.. "Good morning Manvi"

I smiled "Good morning Di"

She asked "kal raat ko kya hua tha tumhe?"

I thought for a while, last night I dreamt of the incident. I replied "kuch nahi Di.. bahut darawna sapna tha isliye"

"Jhooth mat bolo kuch aur baat hai warna tum aise nhi darti." she said eyeing me suspiciously.

I thought, should I tell her about the incident happened with me. Will she trust me? I was still scared.

I heard her voice again "batao Manvi.."

"Di.. kuch nahi bas sapna hi tha" I replied.

"Pakka?" she questioned.

I shook my head in yes. "Acha chal breakfast ke liye" she said, and was finally convinced with my reply.

I stood up and held her hand, we walked out of the room. I sat down on the chair. Angel was about to go but I stopped her "Di mere paas baitho na please"

She sat down beside me, the breakfast was served by the servants. I heard Sachin's voice "sab thik hai na?"

I looked towards him and nodded positively. A hand touched my arm, I shivered and jerked it away.

"Manvi it is me.. Itna kyun ghabra gayi tum?" Angel asked suspiciously.

"Kuch.. nhi di I am fine" I urged.

"So aaj party hai, Angel tum hospital nhi jaa rahi ho aur main office bhi nhi jaa raha hun" Sachin said.

"Are.. lekin main leave aise kaise le sakti hun. I'm a doctor. " I heard Angel's denial.

"Di please jab jiju kah rahe hai toh mat jao na aaj.." I said convincingly. Today, I was scared as everyone will be at home and also a chance for the person to again take advantage of me.

"Thik hai.. Nahi jaungi" she said to which I smiled.

"How unfair Angel, kabhi toh meri baat maan liya karo, apna hukum chalti ho mujhpe" Sachin complained.

"Shut up Sachin.." she said glaring at him.

Naina smiled and said "tum sabka nashta aur baatein ho gayi ho toh yahan se utho.. Aur shaam ki party ki tayariyan karo"

It seemed, everyone was getting up as I could hear chairs moving. I held Angel's hand and said "Di mujhe aapke saath rahna hai"

"Haan thik hai chalo" she said. I stood up and walked with her. I was so much scared that, I did not left her grip for even a single moment.

"Manvi.. Kuch hua hai kya?" she questioned feeling my grip around her hand.

I denied shaking my head negatively.

Sachin came and said "Angel.. Get ready guests aa jayenge"

"Are Sachin main ready toh tab hone jaungi na jab ye madam mujhe chodengi aaj toh mere haath chod hi nhi rahi hai ye" she replied.

Sachin's hand touched my arm, I immediately left Angel's hand and stepped back. "Ready ho jao Di main room mein hun" I said and rushed to my room.

Angel's POV

I watched Manvi rush to her room, she was behaving really strange since yesterday. Was there something disturbing her? I was in doubt, as she had never behaved such in past days. She was worrying me with her behaviour.

My thoughts were disturbed by Sachin, who snapped his fingers in front of me "tum dono behenon ko hua kya hai? Ajeeb behave kar rahi ho"

I looked towards him and said "mujhe kuch nhi hua hai Sachin.. Manvi hi strange behave kar rahi hai aur kuch bata bhi nhi rahi hai" i said worriedly.

"Angel tum janti ho ache se.. Tumse wo kuch nhi chupati hai aur aaj waise bhi party hai ghar mein ho sakta usko leke hi pareshan ho tumhe pata hai na party mein ya kahin bhi jaane se wo kitna ghabrati hai" he exclaimed.

I thought for a moment, maybe it was because of the party. I said "hmm.. Ho sakta hai Sachin.. Chalo ready hote hai phir usko dekhti hun main"

I moved upstairs to my room, I got ready and moved downstairs to Manvi's room. I tried to open the door but it was locked. I was surprised as it was just 7pm plus everyone is at home and she had locked the door. This is really unusual, I knocked at the door "Mannu open the door"

I heard click sound, the door opened. I looked at her who passed me smile. I asked "ye iss time darwaza kyun band kiya tumne?"

She replied "Wo change kar rahi thi di isliye"

I sighed as I thought too much. I smiled and said "Chal aaja sab guests aa gaye hai"

"Di.. aap mere saath hi rehna please aapko pata hai na ye sab mujhe pasand nhi hai" she said.

I held her hand assuring her I won't leave her alone. "Tumhare saath hi rahungi.. Chalo" I said and we moved.

Sachin was at the centre and said "thank you for joining us the celebration, aaj hamare business ki success party hai, lekin ye success adhuri hoti agar maa hamare saath nhi hoti she has been support aur sabze zyada lucky main tab hua jab meri wife Angel iss ghar mein aayi"

A smiled appeared my face hearing this, he signalled me to come and stand next to him but I denied.

"Jao na bahu Sachin bula raha hai" Naina insisted me to go.

I looked towards Manvi and said "mannu I will be back"

I freed my hand and moved to Sachin, he pulled me closer by keeping his hand on my waist. I smiled at this.

"She completed me.. Thank you so much for being with me" Sachin said.

Everyone clapped, the music played and he whispered "let's Dance"

I could not deny him, the lights get deemed and we started dancing on low music. I was lost into his eyes. His eyes were filled with so much care and love for me.

I came out of my trance with his voice "aise mat dekho.. Sab hai yahan jo karenge kamre mein" he said teasingly.

I smiled and said "tum ab itne hot dikhoge toh main control kaise karungi khudpe"

"Haaye.. Ek saal mein pehli baar meri tareef suni hai tumhare muh se warna toh Manvi ki karti hai meri tareef" he said smilingly.

Hearing Manvi's name, I turned towards the direction where I left Manvi but she was not there. I rolled my eyes here and there but was unable to find her.

"Ye mannu kahan gayi?" I thought.

The music stopped, and I heard a loud voice. I was shocked, and so was Sachin. I rushed towards Manvi's room. I opened the door and was left stunned seeing her.

She was lying on the floor, hugging herself tight. I moved to her and sat down on floor, I picked her up. Her eyes were filled with tears and she was shivering. As soon as I touched her arm, she shouted "nahi.." I was just left speechless seeing her so much gasped.

I cupped her face and said "mannu mannu.. Main hun Angel.. Relax please"

She hugged me tightly and pleaded "Di.. mujhe akela nhi chodo please.. Nahi chodo" she was crying brutally and I was not understanding the sudden change in her.

I patted her head "shh.. Shant ho ja.. Kahin nhi jaa rahi hun main"

I looked towards Sachin, who was also tensed seeing her. He moved out and announced "Sorry.. Unfortunately party has ended.. Thank you for coming."

Naina said worriedly "Angel hum sab jaate hai tum isko dekho hua kya hai"

I nodded, everyone left the room. I said "mannu chal upar baith"

I helped her stand and made her sit on bed. I sat down beside her, she immediately kept her head on my lap and wrapped her arms around me like a scared child does with her mother.

"Hua kya hai mannu? Bata mujhe please" I asked her but she was silent. She was shivering badly. I thought it was not right time to ask her anything. I lightly caressed her head and she closed her eyes.

Manvi's POV

I had no courage to tell her the truth, what if she did not trusted me and the incident happened a while ago scared me.

The house was filled with so many people, I was scared. I did not wanted to disturb Di and Jiju and spoil the evening because of me. I silently, stood at my place. I was still scared of the touches. I was clutching my dress tight. I felt the same touch on my waist, I was shocked. I moved from there and collided with someone.

"Are kya hua? Kahan bhaag rahi ho Manvi?" it was Arjun's voice.

I sighed and left ignoring him. I came to the room and closed the door. I sat down on the floor, next to bed cuddling myself. I shivered recalling the incident, tears slipped down my eyes.

The door opened, I looked and tried to sense who it was but I was panicked and my senses had stopped working. I could just hear the footsteps of someone, and every second it was getting more louder.

Suddenly I felt a touch on my lips, someone rubbing it. I closed my eyes in fear. Then his hands trailing down to my neck. I shouted "nahi... Di..." my voice was really loud.

I said with trembling voice "Di.. nhi jaana kahin please raat ko bhi nhi"

Angel's POV

She was scared to be alone why? Soon she fell asleep with holding me tight. I was really confused with her behaviour, she had never acted this way before. And the fear I saw in her eyes today, I had never seen earlier.

I turned my face towards door and found Sachin standing there. He asked in as low voice as possible "thik hai?"

I shook my head and replied "filhal toh soh gayi.. Lekin bahut darri hui thi kyun bata nhi paayi"

"Hmm.. kal baat karte hai, I am upstairs only agar zaroorat ho toh call me" he said.

I smiled lightly and he left. I shifted Manvi's head to the pillow smoothly. I lay down beside her as she was still holding my hand tight.
