"So you went to one street race, met J.One two times and you're both already whipped for each other?" Jang Miso could not help tease the older girl who was seated upon her chair, twirling a pen in her hands. "That's so cute!"

"I'm not whipped for him!" The Park was quick to speak, her tone firm, denying even the thought of the possibility, but her cheeks betrayed her as she spotted her reflection in the mirror, a tinge of pink crawling its way up her skin. "I just - I'm just curious about him, that's all,"

Her best friend hummed at the statement, opening the doors to their co-joined wardrobe as her eyes scanned the rack for something to wear.

Jisung had texted her a few nights prior, inviting her and Miso personally to his race, where he would be competing against one of his old rivals, friends, but rivals.

Hyunji had gladly accepted, her heart having lurched with joy when she received a reply of 'see you there' with a blue heart.

Now, the only problem that remained was the outfit that she would adorn herself in.

"You need to look eye-catching, but not too bold where you stick out like a sore thumb. Striking enough for Jisung to not take his eyes off of you!" Miso winked, pulling a few hangers out.

"But if he doesn't take his eyes off of me, then won't he crash?" A horrified expression danced upon the pretty lips of the medical student. "I don't want him to crash, Miso!"

"He won't crash," The Jang reassured her friend. "He's too good for that,"

Miso once again eyed the garments that were in the wardrobe, her eyes scrutinizing the colours, the style, the length and essentially, everything about the pieces. Miso was not letting Hyunji leave the dormitory without looking hot.

It took a few moments until the engineering student's gaze fell upon a certain attire that was sure to make the heiress to really catch the eye of the blue-haired racer.

"This is going to make him faint,"

...

Han Jisung could not help but glance up at the stands every few minutes, all in the hopes of catching a glimpse of a particular black-haired girl who refused to leave his mind.

He slipped on his leather gloves, smiling slightly at the contact of the cold material upon his skin, before once again looking for Park Hyunji.

"Calm your wheels, Ji," Lee Minho nudged the blue-haired racer, who scowled at the older boy's teasing expression. "There's still enough time for her and Miso to arrive. I'm sure they're coming soon,"

"I know that, but I just want to- "

His sentence was cut short when his eyes fell upon the girl he had been waiting to see all evening, and he was glad that she had taken her time in coming, because she looked breathtaking.

Beige, wide-leg jeans brought out the white tank top that Hyunji wore, and to protect her shoulders from the cold, a cardigan the colour of the ebony night was draped over her. Her dark hair blowed lightly in the wind, and a small choker was around her neck. Chunky sneakers graced her feet, giving her more height than she actually had.

"Alright, lover boy, I get that you're practically in love with her, I can see it in your eyes, but you need to stop that and get over to the car, Seungcheol has arrived," Chan appeared, patting the back of the racer who was still in awe at the sight of the medical student.

"Yeah, let me just - God, she looks gorgeous," His words were muddled, his heart pounding at a rapid pace at seeing the girl who had managed to take his breath away.

As their eyes met, both felt their stomachs flip, both felt the butterflies swallowing them whole.

The butterflies that they had only ever felt for the other.
