It had been at least a  two months or so since the incident with Punz and Foolish couldn't get it off his mind. Everyday while he was working the thought of their argument was racing through his head. The Eggpire had been long disband by then. They had all fled and gone back to their normal lives. But even then Foolish didn't want to see Punz, not after what he said. All he said about Foolish being weak emotionally made him feel more venerable, wondering if he was right or not. He paid attention carefully to the conversations he had with people and how he acted during them. 

  Eventually thinking that Punz was indeed correct. He had a soft spot for almost everyone. Though he did eventually stop talking to people, going to the main Smp land or even leaving L'sandburg. He'd stay there and work on his statues with no interaction with anyone else. Anyone who came by he told to leave, even Puffy. Of course they could tell he was upset and respected his boundaries, but most didn't know why he was upset. The only ones who had been able to figure out were Puffy and Ponk, being the ones closest to him at the moment. 

  They tried comforting him multiple time but he refused it. His entire day had become work, eat, ignore, avoid, and sleep, nothing more. Work on his builds, eat only because needed, ignore everyone who came along, avoid Punz at all costs, and sleep the night away. And the process would repeat. Day after day to no end. At the moment Foolish was working outside gathering materials. Mostly sand related materials with a few other things as well. 

  this was the first time he had to go out in the open area of L'sandburg in a while. He didn't leave his work place often, only when he ran out of materials, which didn't happen very much. But it did today, he was just hoping not to be seen by anyone or be talked to. He just wanted to be left alone with his thoughts. Even DreamXD had let him be. He may be a god, quite a sinister one at that, but he still knew how to respect peoples boundaries. Sadly, his hopes had been ignore when he heard footsteps approaching from behind him. 

  Without turning around he stood up straight and spoke. "Please leave. It doesn't matter who you are, I'd like to be left alone." He said in a quiet voice. "Foolish?" the person behind him said. The voice he heard gave him flashbacks from that moment months ago, a voice far to familiar to him. "Punz! What did I tell you about-" he was getting ready to yell at the man but stopped himself completely when he turned around to face him. He looked different than he did before. He looked more sane and put together. 

  His clothes were no longer torn, having visible stitch markings on the places they were ripped before. His hair was back to its neat and shining state, his gold chain necklace looked polished, and there were no red vines to be seen. But the thing that stood out the most to Foolish was that his eyes had gone back to the bright blue he used to love. He looked like himself again. "P-Punz?" Foolish said in a questioning tone, recollecting himself. Punz gave a sweet smile to the godly man in front of him. "Can we talk?" he asked politely. 

  Remembering the last conversation they had Foolish became cautious. "I don't know, can I trust you enough to have a civil conversation again?" Foolish asked in a some what annoyed tone. Punz lifted his arms up into the air, looking as if he had lost or surrendered. "I don't have any weapons on me, check if you must. I promise you can trust me. You have nothing to fear." Punz told, still smiling. Foolish was confused, he was acting so much different than he was the last time the talked. He was acting like himself again. Of course he was happy about that but he didn't understand how he could have changed so quickly. 

  Of course that conversation was months ago, but no more than two and a half. Bad and Ant had been two of the few people who came to talk to him and they had come quite recently. Yet even after the Eggpire had disband quite a while before they still acted suspicious, still not completely themselves. Even he could tell that without have a complete conversation with them. But Punz was a different situation, he was acting just as he was before the Egg, yet Bad and Ant weren't. And he could only assume the same about Hannah. So in the moment he was mildly confused.

  But for some reason he trusted, at least for the time being. "I suppose we could talk for a minute then. . ." Foolish told him. Foolish held his hand out for Punz to take, which he gladly did, and lead him back to the main area of L'sandburg. He led them straight to a bench, letting go of Punz's hand as he sat down, gesturing for him to as well. Which he did. They sat in silence for a while, Foolish looking at the ground and Punz looking at him. That silence was more comfortable than he thought it would be, they were both comfortable in that moment. 

  But it was Foolish who broke the silence. "So, what did you want to talk about?" he asked, though he had an idea of what it was about. "I wanted to talk about what happened last time." Punz said. 'Right on the spot.' Foolish thought to himself, giving Punz a hum in response. Taking this as a sign to go on Punz continued. "Listen, Foolish, everything that happened last time I didn't have any control of." He said. Foolish looked up to face Punz, "What do you mean?" he asked. 

  "Well," Punz turned his body sideways to face Foolish. He rested a hand on his leg before speaking again, "You know how with the Eggpire we couldn't really control ourselves? That the Egg was able to influence us in a way?" Punz asked to which Foolish replied with a simple 'yes'. "Well, when that happens we can't stop it until its gone. The Egg is like a parasite, only once it's there you can't lose it until it decides to leave itself or is forced to. It's like were trapped and forced to watch what's happening in front of us. And when I was coming to talk to you last time the Egg decided to take control. I couldn't do anything. The words I said I couldn't stop, the actions I took were not my own. I couldn't stop any of it, the only way I can describe what was happening is that I was trapped inside my own head, forced to watch every little thing that the Egg made me do." Punz explained. It took Foolish a minute to what Punz had just told him. Looking back over their fight in his head, reviewing every little thing that was said, everything that happened. "So, everything that happened. Everything that you said, you didn't really want to do." Punz nodded. "And everything I did was. . ." Foolish put a hand over his mouth and gasped. 

  He could feel tears filling his eyes as he looked away from Punz. "Hey," "Oh my god the lightning! Punz I am so sorry!" Foolish yelled. He was about to say more but stopped when Punz lifted his other hand, the one that wasn't resting on Foolish's leg, and cupped Foolish's cheek. "Foolish it's okay." Punz assured him. "D-did it hurt you? That's a dumb question! Did you feel it!? I didn't take one of your canon lives did I!?"Foolish went on starting to panic. "Hey, Foolish! Look at me, look at my eyes." Punz told him. Doing as he was told Foolish looked to his eyes, staring at the beautiful blue color of them. 

  "I'm okay. You didn't take one of my lives don't worry, alright?." Punz said, giving him that same sweet smile that he did when he first came. "Okay. . ." Foolish mumbled. "Hm, good." Punz sighed. He rested his forehead against the others, trying to calm him down while also wiping the tears away from Foolish's eyes. And it was working, Foolish was feeling a lot better very quickly. Punz had done this many time before for the exact same reason. Before the Eggpire whenever Foolish was stressed or panicking Punz would always lay his forehead against Foolish's.

  He had no clue what about it made him feel so calm and safe, but it did. "Well, uh. . ." Punz started as he leaned back away from Foolish. "I should probably get going huh?" He stood up and looked back at Foolish. "It was nice seeing you again. I missed you." He said. Before he walked away he leaned back down to Foolish and gave him a kiss on the cheek. He turned around to walk away but Foolish grabbed his hand to stop him. Looking back at Foolish with a confused look he asked,

  "Are you okay Foolish? You need something before I go?" "Stay." Foolish said to him, standing up. "Please stay." For a moment Punz just stood there before he smiled and hugged Foolish. "How long?" he asked. "I don't care right now, I've been pushing to many people away lately, and I don't want to be alone anymore. Just please, stay with me a little longer." Foolish said, hugging him back. Punz smiled, "Of course Foolish."
