Karl, Sapnap, and Quackity all sat at the top of Ponk's tower, looking down at the SMP, they didn't really have a reason, just wanted to enjoy each other's company somewhere private and somewhat isolated. Karl was curled up in Sapnap's lap while Quackity had his arms wrapped around Sapnap's waist with his face nuzzled up in the crook of his neck from behind. "It's nice having some time alone together." Sapnap said with a bright smile on his face. "No kidding, I love to have alone time with my Fiancés~" Quackity said as he gave Sapnap a kiss on the cheek. "Okay come here!" Sapnap said scooping Quackity up from behind him. "Hey don't sit him on me!" Karl giggled, making the other two laugh as well.

   Suddenly Sapnap felt like his stomach was on fire, and he knew what that meant. Once Quackity and Karl were both off of him he slowly started to back up. Karl noticed the look on Sapnap's face and got concerned. "Sap? Are you okay?" Karl said, making Quackity turn to him as well. Sapnap opened his mouth to speak but no words came out, just a single yelp of pain. Sapnap covered his mouth and shut his eyes tightly. He could feel the burning grow more painful, tears starting to perk up in his eyes.

   He felt a pair of arms wrap around him, hugging him tightly. Followed by another pair of arms wrapped tightly around his neck and a pair of legs wrapped around his waist. He opened his eyes now to reveal that they had turned an orangey-yellow color. No pupils, no nothing. This left Quackity in aw, him being the one to wrap his arms protectively around Sapnap and jump into his lap. Karl also saw causing his jaw to drop just a tad. Sapnap yelled in pain again.

   "Sappy calm down!" Karl told him to try to be as soothing as he could. The pain only increased, startling Sapnap, making him push Karl and Quackity away and backing up again. He screamed, he always hated when this happened, when something inside of him triggered his blaze-born side. It would always hurt, sometimes just a bit, sometimes it was unbearable. And unfortunately for him, this was one of those times he couldn't stand it. No one knew about him being part blaze-born except Dream, George, Bad, and Antfrost, who just found out recently because his emotions got the best of him in a manhunt and triggered it. He didn't want anyone else to know, especially Karl and Quackity.

   He was scared that they might be afraid of him if they found out and that was the last thing he wanted. For the people he loved to be afraid of him. "I-I'm sorry!" Sapnap could just barely get out before screaming in pain again. He had his face now held in his hands and his knees curled up to his chest so Karl and Quackity couldn't see his face. He didn't want them to see him at all right now. Sapnap felt a hand being placed on his shoulder. "Sapnap, please look at me. Please?" he heard Quackity say.

  He was hesitant to listen but slowly lifted his head. Doing so had revealed that his tears had turned the color of magma. "Aw Sappy," Karl said. Tears were streaming down his and Quackity's faces. Karl went in to hug Sapnap, but he just pushed him away. "N-no! I-I don't wanna h-hurt you!" he yelled.  "Sap how would you hurt us?" Quackity said with concern clear in his voice. Sapnap let out a shaky sigh and lifted one of his hands, and it burst into flame, not his hand itself but a flame had formed above his palm. Karl gasped slightly and Quackity just stared. Sapnap had immediately regretted his decision and hid his hand from they're sight. "Oh no, no, no Sappy I'm sorry! It was just a little shocking is all!" Karl said, going to grab his hand.

  "No don't touch it!" Sapnap yelled, yanking his hand back. Karl quickly backed up, slight fear in his eyes.  "W-wait no, I-I'm sorry I didn't mean to yell at you! I'm sorry don't be mad at me! I'm just overwhelmed!" Sapnap rambled. Quackity could see the fear in Sapnap's eyes. He was scared, scared of hurting them. "Sapnap," he said, getting closer to his fiancé, going to hug him. "W-wait!'' Before Sapnap could stop him, Quackity gently wrapped his arms around him. 

  Making sure not to startle or worry him at all. From behind Quackity who was now gently hugging they're Fiancé, Karl sees Sapnap's eyes soften. The flame from Sapnap's hand had slowly gone out and he lifted his hands and hugged Quackity back. The tears in his eyes had turned back to the normal clear blue color of water as Sapnap started sobbing, letting all his tears flow. The tears were soaking Quackity's shirt but neither of them could care right now. Sapnap looked up at Karl and smiled softly. "Get in here Karl!" With that the tallest of the three gladly went over and hugged his fiancés. Sapnap sighed. "Thank you guys, I needed this." "Of course Sappy. Anything for you."
