Based on a weird dream

The black disc slid in front of the glowing orange ball, nearly blanketing all of Yosemite in darkness. Yesterday a snowfall, now an eclipse?

"Oh my god, there was no eclipse today," my friend Felicia quaked.

"That's right." I looked to see who had responded. Two pimple-covered gentlemen, most probably vagrants. Their crater faces shone in the weak sunlight. "We think it's an omen."

Felicia's eyebrow shot up. "Ya think it's the end of the world?"

"Yeah, didn't ya guys see the freaky snowfall yesterday? That sorta validated our theory."

"Come on Rain, let's get away from these mystics." Felicia mounted on her bike and barely pedaled when the green shirted man smiled and cut in front of her.

"Don't you want a safe ground? You know, to survive the doomsday?"

She leaned forward as if she tasted his breath. "There. Is. No. Doomsday!" And then she flicked the crazy guy's forehead.

He rubbed his head and pretended not to notice Felicia's intimidating stare. "Someone's on their period."

His friend's eyes engorged as he mounted his bike. "I get queasy when I see violence, goodbye!" He squeaked, riding off down the road.

He's done for.

"Hey, wait up!" He called, plucking his bike's handlebars.

But it was met with Felicia's vengeful hand, that twisted the metal until it was merely a coiled snake. What's done was done. The last time I handled Felicia's bloody anger, I ended up with two broken arms and a sprained coccyx. As Felicia made her predatory advances, the mystic lurched for the edges of the road, where brushed on aspen trees watched with eager gazes. I pulled out my phone and kept my finger hovered over 911.
