Claudia was currently sitting on a makeup chair as someone did her makeup. Haley was sitting beside her.  Claudia was freaking out massively. Haley could see that. 

"Claude, this isn't your first tv interview." Haley stated trying to calm Claudia down. Claudia snapped her head towards her best friend.

"Yes, but it is my first tv interview in three years. My last one was detailing my departure from music." Claudia hissed and Haley just held onto Claudia's hand as the makeup artist walked off. 

"Come on, you were born to speak. No question is unanswerable just remember that." Haley replied and Claudia just nodded her head. A producer walked over to the girls and guided Claudia to the stage. "I will be in the audience!" Haley shouted as she jumped off of the seat and walked over to the audience door. Claudia was standing in the curtains freaking out. We all knew how nervous she got.

"One, two, three, no go to Kathy." The camera man said in his microphone and the lights flashed on the presenter Kathy. She was grinning immensely to the audience in her bright yellow dress. She looked a like a real life older version of the Belle, the princess. Her brown hair was down, she contrasted massively to Claudia. Claudia was wearing a long black skirt and a grey vest top. Of course, she was wearing no shoes.

"Hey everyone and welcome to another morning with Kathy Klark, I am your host Kathy Klark!" Kathy smiled into the camera, this was a very popular tv morning show around North Carolina. "Today, as I promised, we would meet a North Carolina sweetheart." Kathy continued into the camera and Claudia just looked at the life audience, she was freaking out immensely. "So may I present to you all, Mrs Claudia Scott!" Kathy exclaimed and the crowd roared with cheering. Claudia walked onto the set smiling and waving.

"Hey." She smiled at Kathy as she hugged her. "It's so great to be here." Claudia added as they pulled out of the hug. 

"Great to have you, sweetie." Kathy replied before she pointed to the seats at the back. "Let's take a seat, shall we." Kathy smiled and Claudia nodded her head as they walked to the seat at the back. Kathy sat on her arm chair and Claudia sat on the fancy couches.

"These are so cute." Claudia grinned cutely as she sat down on the couch, Kathy just nodded her head in agreement.

"So Claudia, you have one crazy story." Kathy stated as she clapped her hands together, Claudia sighed.

"Where to begin." She laughed jokingly and so did the audience. Haley gave her a thumbs up from the audience. Claudia banned her family from coming and incase she embarrassed herself but she knew that they would probably be watching at home. 

"Start with high school, pre-music, what was it like?" Kathy asked and Claudia just looked at Haley grinning.

"Before junior year, it was just the boys, Haley and I. We hang out at school and then go to the river court after school." Claudia explained and Kathy furrowed her eyebrows.

"The River Court?" She asked wanting confirmation and Claudia just laughed a little.

"So basically, it's this court next to the River. The boys would play basketball and Haley and I would sing or do homework. Sometimes we would join in but we were terrible, like awful." Claudia laughed and everyone joined in- including Kathy. 

"You were born in England weren't you?" Kathy asked and Claudia nodded her head.

"I was born in Devon, England. I moved to Charlotte when I was three, lived there till I was five. Then I moved to Tree Hill and the rest is history." Claudia replied and Kathy just nodded her head.

"You still have your unique accent, nobody can believe that such a powerful voice can come from this cute little english accent." Kathy grinned and Claudia giggled.

"Well, my parents toured around a lot and we always went home to England at the holidays. So my accent just never went." Claudia explained and Kathy just nodded her head to indicate she was paying attention. "As for my voice, I listened to Aretha, Janis, Amy etc and that was what I mirrored my singing voice as." Claudia continued and Kathy smiled.

"That's great." She replied as she nodded her head. "So junior year was a crazy year for you, am I right?" Kathy asked rhetorically as she grinned. Claudia just nodded her head, she felt so comfortable in the environment even though it was in front of tens of people, plus the thousands watching at home.

"That was the best year ever and I am not just saying that." Claudia began honestly. "I started off making my predictions with my two best friends, Haley and Lucas. I thought that nothing was going to change and boy was I wrong." Claudia continued and Kathy smiled. "My husband, Nathan and his half brother Lucas hated each other back then. And when Lucas joined the basketball team which Nathan was on. Nathan got mad so he asked me to tutor him to get back at Lucas." Claudia explained seriously and some people laughed, she turned to face them. "Childish I know." She teased and then everyone laughed. Including Haley. "Then we started to become friends and that's not easy with me. After a date, he kissed me and we started to date." Claudia said and the girls in the audience awed. Claudia started to blush non-stop.

"Awweee." Kathy grinned and Claudia just laughed before she continued with her story.

"Months later, we got into a massive fight and we sort of ended things. The we made up and he asked me to marry him. My parents were on board and Nathan was emancipated from his parents so we got married at the age of sixteen. I also met loads of new friends like Brooke Davis, who came up with Clothes over Bros. She came up with it after we had both given up with boys. We used to live together you see in the apartment that Nathan and I used to share. I also met Peyton Sawyer, who is my best friends girlfriend and owner of Red Bedroom Records."  Claudia explained and everyone just clapped their hands. Everyone loves a good old love story, don't they?

"That's when it went downhill, am I right?" Kathy asked, her team had obviously done their research. 

"Indeed." Claudia replied and people in the audience were intrigued with this love story. This love story gave Claudia a Brit Award. "Basically, Chris Keller came into town and he helped me with my music. He then kissed me." Claudia started to explain and everyone gasped. "Exactly, but then you also have to realise that Nathan was the only guy I had been with." Claudia continued trying to justify her actions. "Anyways, Chris left and told me to go on tour with him. I said no but Nathan and I were still unhappy. My sister's friend then came into town and past secrets came to life. I won't detail them." Claudia continued and Haley just laughed a little. "Chris, then, came back and he asked me to go on tour. My husband took a total nineteen fifties attitude towards me leaving him and I couldn't deal with that because I thought his views were wrong. He asked me to choose music over him, which he now knows was stupid." Kathy just nodded her head. "So I left, had an amazing time on tour. But god, did I miss Nathan like crazy." Claudia laughed and Kathy just smiled.

"What happened when you came back home, did he want a divorce or did he want to work things out?" Kathy asked and Claudia knew that Kathy knew the answer to that question. Claudia didn't know how to answer that question.

"Both, I guess." Claudia answered and Kathy raised her brows.

"How?" She asked leaning forward and Claudia just thought for a moment.

"Well, he had came back from his basketball camp and he said he wanted a divorce. I went ballistic. I knew that we weren't going to divorce. I started to say how this was his fault because he thought he could decide everything. But later on, he told me that that was the moment he realised our love was worth fighting for. That was the moment when he realised he was wrong." Claudia explained and everyone just looked so happy. "Weeks and weeks later we made up, we had a pregnancy scare which we had a massive fight about. Luckily we made up and it turns out I did get pregnant. Then we got married, again. With all of our friends and family. Then a car accident happened which was horrible." Claudia added and everybody just clapped. Claudia nodded her head at them to say thank you. "Let's just say my like american high school cliche dream came true with a few altercations because I was married cheerleader to the captain of the basketball team." Claudia joked and everyone laughed. Some people were crying in the audience because they found their relationship so beautiful. 

"What happened when Nathan found out you were pregnant. Did he take it well or was he not so happy? Because we have to remember that Nathan was a teenage boy." Kathy asked and Claudia sighed a little.

"I told him at the wrong time. I told him when he found out he got into Duke University. He wasn't happy at that point in time but then he realised that we were his saving grace. The whole family." Claudia explained, "i told him at game we were going to have twins and we won state championship." Claudia added and Kathy placed a hand on Claudia's shoulder.

"I bet they are beautiful kids." Kathy replied and Claudia pointed up the screen behind them. Claudia gave the producers a picture of the entire family. Lucas took it at the kids fifth birthday party. Kathy turned to face it and grinned. "Your kids are the cutest." Kathy grinned and Claudia nodded her head.

"Aren't they just." Claudia replied and Kathy turned to face Claudia as the picture was still there.

"So let's talk about your album." Kathy stated and Claudia nodded her head. "You wrote this album when you were sixteen, right?" Kathy asked and Claudia nodded her head.

"I wrote it when I was sixteen and then I just kept on adding some new songs in with a some covers of old songs that I love." Claudia answered and Kathy smiled as a picture of the album went onto the screen.

"When did Nathan find out you could sing?" Kathy asked and Claudia just sighed for a moment trying to sing.

"Well at Karen's cafe, which is now Clothes Over Bros store, there was an open mic night and my friends had signed me up. I remember I got so embarrassed so Nathan carried me to the stage. I sang super duper love and he loved it. Then when he was really upset he asked me to sing a song for him so I sang God only Knows. Months later after I would sing around the apartment all the time he signed me up for TRICs opening night. I sang my little cotton socks off and that was when it all took off." Claudia explained and the whole audience were just so intrigued with Claudia, not to the mention the people watching this at home. 

"Great story." Kathy smiled before she started to grill Claudia. Everyone knew that she had the chance to become to the next Soul Queen but she ended her career and decided to become an english teacher. "You won a Brit award and then you just fell of the planet, what happened?" Kathy asked and this was the question Claudia was scared about. 

"I had to make a choice." Claudia answered honestly. "My kids were growing up and I promised myself I would not do what my parents did." Claudia continued and then she realised that didn't come of that great. "Don't get me wrong my parents gave me the best childhood ever but I promised myself I would always be in my children's lives and that was what I did." Claudia justified and people just clapped their hands.

"That was very courageous, many people thought you left music after your husband's accident." Kathy replied and then pictures of Nathan's accident came on the screen. Claudia wasn't prepared for this but she just tried to get courage.

"That's not true, I left music a year before my husband got into the accident." Claudia answered and Kathy switched the subject to Nathan.

"What was it like? Nathan being in the wheelchair and you having to do everything?" Kathy asked and Claudia just shrugged her shoulders.

"I didn't do it alone. I had Lucas, Haley and my brother to help me." Claudia answered giving credit where credit was due. "I am not going to lie to you, it was difficult for everyone but we came out of it stronger than ever and I don't think I have been this happy." Claudia explained and everyone just clapped their hands. 

"Would you be happy if you got back into music?" Kathy asked grilling Claudia, Claudia just grinned.

"Actually, Kathy, I am bringing out a new album. This is the first time I have told anyone of this scale about the album. Only close friends knew." Claudia explained and the audience all looked so happy. Claudia's music touched people's hearts and everyone wanted more.

"That's amazing Claudia!" Kathy exclaimed and Claudia just laughed at everyone cheering. She wasn't expecting all of this. "What's it about?" Kathy asked and Claudia just sighed.

"It's a lot different then twenty three, let's just say that." Claudia joked and Kathy laughed alongside the audience. "I went down a darker route, I wrote it with my friend Peyton, who produced it and it is mostly sadder songs." Claudia explained seriously and Kathy was listening intrigued. "I just pen to paper and I came up with my new album Karma." Claudia added and Kathy just nodded her head.

"That's great. Everyone will be hanging off of their seats waiting for it to come out." Kathy joked and Claudia laughed.

"It's a very personal album like twenty three and I didn't want it to be restricted to a record label that I did not like so I went with Peyton who also has Mia Catalano on her record label too. It will be out shortly." Claudia explained and everybody just loved Claudia's vibe.

"Can you tell us anything about it?" Kathy asked grinning and Claudia just nodded her head.

"It's very much like Twenty Three. Originals and covers." Claudia started off saying. "But the songs are break up songs and sad songs. It was new for me." Claudia continued and Kathy nodded her head. "Very exciting." Claudia added grinning.

"So, can we talk more about you and Nathan?" Kathy asked and Claudia nodded her head.

"I am very much an open person so go ahead, but if I don't like a question then I simply won't answer it. I have always been like that." Claudia answered and Kathy just nodded her head.

"I believe that's the way to be." Kathy replied smiling. "Have you ever had challenges with Nathan, despite music?" Kathy asked and Claudia just laughed.

"Hasn't all couples. I think that is just how it goes." Claudia answered and Kathy nodded her head but she wanted more. "We haven't had any setbacks in ages and it's perfect. We are working on our dreams and it's amazing. Nathan is back into basketball but I am going to make sure that he gets into the NBA." Claudia explained and Kathy just nodded her head.

"That's truly great, I think everyone should follow their dreams." Kathy replied and Claudia believed that too.

"I tell my kids to become whoever they want to be. Recently, my family and I went to a girls basketball game in Charlotte because my daughter was doubting female sports. I wanted to prove to her that girls were just as strong and wise as boys." Claudia said.

"What's motherhood like?" Kathy asked and Claudia just sighed with happiness. 

"I have always wanted kids, lots of them. So having my twins is the best thing that has ever happened to me. I am just so excited to the many more I have with Nathan." Claudia answered honestly and everyone just clapped their hands. The producer was telling Kathy to cut to Claudia singing her song because they had to introduce the next person. 

"Well Claudia Scott, you have been an absolute delight." Kathy started to say and Claudia just smiled at Kathy. "I would like to thank you for coming on my show." Kathy continued and Claudia shook her head.

"Oh no thank you. If I wasn't doing this I would probably be working." Claudia teased and everyone laughed. Kathy turned to the audience. 

"Everyone, this is Claudia Scott singing a cover of the High Road." Kathy exclaimed as Claudia walked over to the stage. The audience began to clap.

"Before I sing, I just want to say. Kids love you and Nathan, baby, always and forever." Claudia grinned into the camera before the band started to play the song.

At the end of it everyone stood up and clapped. Claudia felt at home again, singing music live. Everything was just perfect for her. All she was missing was her beautiful family but she knew that they were watching at home, even though she told them to record it and Claudia could decide if they were allowed to watch it or not.
