The cold breeze was a definitely a welcome chance to cool down against the bright sun which was strangely hidden behind some gloomy clouds. It was strange considering LA being this movie-esque location and it's seemingly always perfect atmosphere. But this time, it matched (y/n)'s mood as she walked out of the airport with her luggage with her, calling for a cab.

6 months.

Had it really been 6 months?

Time just... it just flew by so quickly it was ridiculous.

Her internship was already over and now she needed to head back home. Her flight had a layover in LA and she thought she would visit Aidan, having missed him despite their constant texts and FaceTime calls. It just wasn't the same as actually being able to see him in person. He had been busy with the Season 4 promotions and she had been busy as well.

Busy with work.

Busy with friends.

Busy with trying to ignore the threats she received every day.

They were cruel and constant, harsh words that she received multiple times a day. It was a routine to check her phone and block the new profiles, to delete the messages after she screenshots them as evidence.

(Y/n) ignored them at first after Aidan left on their anniversary but it just continued to get worse after that. To a point that she was terrified of posting anything in her instagram incase this person might be able to locate her. She did post her activities but only after an hour later so this person wouldn't track her. She was still careful, still wary but she couldn't let it ruin her internship.

And she couldn't ruin Her boyfriends good mood every time he called her for their daily checkup. She didn't tell him even if he asked her everyday if she got any threats. She didn't want to worry him. She could handle it.

And she did handle it.

So well to a point that the treats suddenly stopped within the third month of her internship. She was still careful but became less lenient when no messages came to threaten her. Even if she check her phone everyday, it was like a weight lifted off her chest, like she was free. But she couldn't fight the little inkling in the back of her mind that it wasn't over. Far from it.

(Y/n) got into the cab after the driver helped her put her luggage in the trunk, telling him to go to the address Steve sent her so she could see Aidan. She was planning to tell him everything.

Because she promised him she would. She lied to him for so long, he deserves to know what's been happening.

The drive was quiet and short, excitement suddenly flooding her to see her boyfriend and to surprise him. He didn't know that she would be here, asking the cab to just wait for a couple minutes before rushing to the guard who let her in since he knew her. She greeted the staff that welcomed her back, waving to them happily.

(Y/n) asked one of the staff where Aidan was and they told her he should be in his trailer so she thanks them and walks over to the familiar trailer that held so many memories. But why did it feel like something was wrong. She walked to the familiar trailer rounding the corner to the front door but stops short.

Her breath had been ripped out of her, clutching her shirt as her chest pained like someone had stabbed her in the heart when she saw Aidan and Hannah kissing, the girl pinned against the side of the trailer.

She stumbled back like the world suddenly tilted and her vision blurred with tears. She had never get this kind of pain before, struggling to breathe but she pursed her lips with an eerily calm that even scared her.

I guess even he doesn't care about me...

But he does, fuck he really does.

Aidan rips himself away from Hannah's hands that held his cheeks, almost retching in disgust as he wiped his mouth in anger. "Hannah! What the fuck!?" He yells at her, throwing her hands off him as he takes a big step back but notices the smirk on her face when she glances at something over his shoulder. He goes cold and quickly turns around to see someone his heart had been yearning to see desperately, his love that he knew saw the unfortunate kiss that he was forced into "(Y/n)!" The brunette desperately runs after her, weaving past people and construction but she was just so far away from his reach when she ran out to the exit and into her cab. "(Y/n) wait!" He begs her, crying as he saw her wipe her tears through the window before the cab drove off. He lets out a scream in fury, telling the guard to find Hannah and to never let her in the premises. That she was banned, to not let her near anyone again.

He trusted her, he thought she was his friend. He thought that she reached out to fix the animosity between them. He thought the last few months of friendship was genuine and not a ploy to destroy the one thing he truly loves.

How could he have been so blind! How could he let her weasel her way back into his life! He was so dumb, so fucking stupid to let any of this happen!

Aidan quickly rushes out and orders an Uber, realising that (y/n) had finished her internship and was probably on her to the airport. He needed to catch her before she leaves him, explain what actually happened. He didn't kiss Hannah, she kissed him. But even then he should've seen the signs and stopped it from even happening at all.

"Can you drive faster, please." He begs the driver as he sat back in his seat and just stressed out, calling her over and over again but she either had her phone turned off or she blocked him.

(Y/n)... please...

As soon as the driver stopped at the airport, he jumped out-paying the driver obviously-and rushed inside to try and find her. The brunette didn't know where to look, trying to find flights to Sydney and he saw a gate for that flight. He ran through the crowd, trying to reach her.

But it was too late.

The plane took off and he was left there standing in heartbreak as he watched it take his love away from him.
