I miss you too Aidan

Aidan sighs bitter-sweetly when he sees her message, laying in his bed late at night and scrolling through the various videos she had sent him about Disney. He was proud of her obviously, but he just missed her. But this was good. They both needed some space, needed some time apart to be themselves. They had been living together under one roof for a long while now and they just needed to time to themselves.

This is good.

This is what they both need.

Distance does make the heart grow fonder.

They couldn't be attached to each other all the time or what will they have if they share everything at the beginning of their relationship? It wouldn't suffice in the long run.

This is fine.

I'm fine.

But why do I miss her so much?

(Y/n) was enjoying the time she had to herself, having the time of her life for being able to work internationally and crossing off so many things on her bucket list. Like sharing an apartment with roommates or even having a roommate at all! She wishes she could share this with him, sending him blogs and videos of what she did each day and FaceTiming him while she explored. The texts were short and few and were mostly bittersweet messages sent at night when they missed each other but they needed to be apart.

This is good.

This is fine.

But why does she miss him so much?

It was like she was constantly homesick without him and he felt the same way, even though he was physically at home. So maybe... maybe it wouldn't be such a bad idea to visit her. It's only been a couple weeks since the couple had been apart but the brunette wanted to surprise his love for their 1 year anniversary.

So he booked a flight to go to Orlando a couple days before their first-anniversary date, a giddy and exciting feeling filling him up knowing he was about to see the love of his life.

Aidan dropped all his belongings in his hotel room, fixing himself up before heading to the Walt Disney Park to visit (y/n) at the Crystal Palace restaurant where she worked. He had asked her when she was finishing and told him it would be in the afternoon after the sun goes down so it was a perfect time to surprise her when she gets off work.

(Y/n) was counting the cash in the EFTPOS to match with the sales and reservations made today, hearing the doorbell ring signalling someone had come into the restaurant and she sighs tiredly. She just wanted to go home but she had to tell this person to leave and she didn't want to be rude but-"

"-sorry but are you still open?"

Why does his voice sound familiar?

"Sorry we're closed for tonight," she looks up to face the guest. "but-" she narrows her eyes when the man in front of her smiles widely and she instantly recognised his moles and dimple anywhere. "Aidan!" Her heart flutters in excitement seeing him and he takes his glasses off.

"Hey, beautiful."

"You're here!" She exclaims happily and his heart soars hearing how thrilled she was to see him. She quickly puts the money back in the machine and runs around to hug her love, him picking her up and hugging her tight. "I fucking missed you so much! You have no idea!"

"I think I do." Aidan chuckles. "I missed you so much." He sets (y/n) down on her feet and just holds her face, being able to feel and see her right in front of him made him feel so light and free right now.

"Wait, let me just fix everything up and clock out. Meet me outside!" She exclaims and he nods, pecking her cheek and he coos when she blushes before heading out of the restaurant. The brunette waited for a couple minutes before his love joined him, holding his hand tightly and his loves how she tugs on his arm happily before they started walking. "I still can't believe you're here!"

"It's impossible for me to stay away from you lovely." He pecks her cheek again, feeling all fluttery inside.

"How long are you staying? Where are you staying? Are you ok? Was your flight alright-?"

"-baby, I'm perfect now. Everything was fine." He reassured his love who was worried for him and he strokes her cheek to calm her. "I'm here for a couple days and I have a hotel room I'm staying in."

"But all the hotels are far from here. Why did you come here so late at night? You took an Uber didn't you?" She caught him and he shrugs with a cheeky smile.

"I just wanted to see you."

"Have you eaten? Are you hungry? I can get something for you-"

"-(y/n)." Aidan stops her from rushing off to get him food, holding her hands in his as he stood in front of her. (Y/n) blinked up at him as he steps closer to her, flushing when he reaches up to hold her cheeks. "Just... let me just look at you for a while..." she melts at his words as he leans his forehead on hers, leaning down to kiss her so softly and sweetly as she steps closer to him and holds his shirt. "I just needed to hold you..." he breathes out when he pulls back from the kiss and she nods, laying her head on his chest when he pulls her into a hug.

"Come home with me. It's too late for you to go home at this time alone." She says and he doesn't object as she takes him to her village, getting off the employee coach that took them to the front gates and she scans in with her employee card to let them both through. They whisper to each other happily, keeping their voices down since a lot of people would be sleeping, walking into her building and taking him to the elevator to her floor before heading to her apartment door. She opened it quietly, letting her love in first before she walks in and closes the door behind her.

The brunette instantly took hold of his love by her waist to kiss her again, having missed her taste and her scent. He slowly pushes her against the door, making her gasp softly and he groans from the wave of heat rushing through him.

"Aidan-" she sighs with soft giggles from the ticklish feeling when he moves to kiss her neck. "My roommates are asleep. We can't." He pouts against her skin but nods, leaning up to peck her lips once more before stepping back from her. "Let's go to sleep." He nods and lets her take his hand to guide him to her room, checking first if it was empty and she knows her roommate was probably still out.

(Y/n) shuffles around to find a change of clothes for Aidan, passing it to him to change into before grabbing her pjs to change into after her shower. She walks back out of the bathroom to see her love looking at all the pictures she took with her new friends, noticing a sweet smile on his face as he held one of the photos and stroked his thumb against it. She walks over to him silently and peeks over to see it was the framed photo she had with him at their six-month anniversary date. She hugs him from behind and nuzzles her face on his back and he blushes from her affection, holding her hands that were around his waist before setting the picture down on her bedside table.

"Come now lovely." He muses, holding her hands and pulling her to bed, laying down with her as she rested on his chest. The couple couldn't sleep, talking to each other happily with hushed whispers after days of facetimes and phone calls. The brunette rubbed his loves back as she played with his hair that started growing long again, nuzzling his neck and he kisses the top of her head.

"When do you have a day off?" He whispers, pulling one of her legs over him to hold her as close as possible.

"I have the next couple days off after tomorrow actually. Tomorrow is my last shift before my two day holiday then I go back to work. Why?"

"I'm taking you out on a date." He whispers lovingly. "The day after tomorrow. I'll pick you up early in the morning in front of your village. I'll plan everything so you can rest from working tomorrow. How's that sound beautiful?"

"Amazing..." (y/n) yawns, being lulled to sleep easily from how warm her love was, him chuckling softly but even he was feeling sleepy. Aidan knew it was only with his love that he could sleep well with, have an actual good nights sleep with.

"Goodnight my love." He whispers to her after she falls fast asleep on his chest, closing his eyes and falling asleep himself with a smile on his face.

Aidan scrunches his nose as he slowly wakes up, hit with a lovely smell and he shivers from the draft of cold hitting him. He slowly blinks his eyes open, feeling his chest and the space next to him to feel empty and he sits up while rubbing his eyes to see (y/n) missing. He got worried, looking out the window to see that it was early morning and he quietly got out of bed to not disturb the sleeping roommate.

He walks out sleepily from the bedroom and was greeted with a scene he had missed. His love was flitting around in the small kitchen cooking breakfast but trying to make it with the least amount of sound possible. The brunette was confused by the new pots and pans, however, walking over to her and hug her from behind. He held her tightly as he nuzzled her neck, smiling as he imaged if this is what their future would be like. Would it be like this when they got married? Would he be able to have this sweet home life with her just as he dreamed? He hoped he would but for now enjoyed the moment as his love rubs her cheek against his happily, him wrapping his arms around her and not letting her go.

"Why do you have new pots and pans?" the brunette whispers sleepily.

"I got them for you. My roommates and I eat non-vegan stuff and I didn't want to cook in anything we used. We clean them sure but you never know. I got new crockery and cutlery for you too."

Aidan's heart swells with love for (y/n) and he just tears up happily, kissing her cheek over and over again. "You didn't have to..." he whines softly against her shoulder realising she probably woke up so early to go to the store to buy all these so she could make him breakfast.

"Of course I did. Let me get you a spare toothbrush so you can freshen up and eat something." she wriggles out of her love's arms with soft chuckles when he didn't want to let her go, going to grab a new brush while he plated the breakfast and cleaned up the pans and cooking utensils for her. "Here." she passes him a brush and he bumps his nose against hers happily before going to the bathroom to freshen up, coming back out all clean and hungry.

"(y/n), eat something." the brunette frowns when she sits him down at the table with his plate and she just sits down with a cup of tea.

"It's too early. I can't stomach it." she shakes her head and he tuts, taking some of his breakfast to feed her.

"Open up." she flushes, leaning forward to eat the forkful when the bedroom doors open to reveal her roommates coming out. They chuckle when they catch her eating with her boyfriend and she quickly pulls back, swallowing the mouthful and hiding behind her cup when she takes a sip.

Aidan chuckles and kisses her cheek, whispering thank you to her for making him breakfast. He finished in no time while (y/n) went to get ready for work, cleaning up his plate before going to her bedroom to sit on her bed. He smirks when he sees her stop with clothes in her hand, realising that the bathroom was occupied and her boyfriend was in her room so she didn't have anywhere to change. 

"Uh..."

"Baby, I've seen you without your clothes plenty of times. No need to be so shy." he coos softly, enjoying how his love's cheeks turned even redder in colour. 

"Oh shut up." she rolls her eyes, setting her clothes down on the bed before stripping. The brunette watched intently, having missed his love's body and he lets out a shaky breath seeing her topless and in her panties.

My beautiful goddess...

"Fuck, (y/n)..." he moans softly and she blushes, letting out a soft gasp when he stood up and walked behind her to hold her breasts.

"Aidan, I need to get ready for work." she hisses but he presses his body against hers with a low groan, being able to feel her warmth against his body and it sends pleasure through him like an electric shock. "Aidan..." the brunette revels in the way his love sighs his name blissfully when he kisses her neck, one of his hands lowering down her stomach to her core but she smacks his hand away and steps forward from his arms. She smirks hearing his soft whines for her as she put on her work clothes, grabbing his clothes from last night and chucking them on his face. "Go change horndog." she chuckles, tying up her hair in the vanity and fixing her appearance. She glances at her love behind her through the mirror, biting down on her bottom lip when he took his shirt off and his pants. 

Fuck he looks good.

She lets out a shaky breath from the way his muscles rippled when he put on his jeans, the belt hanging open before he grabbed his shirt to put on and she misses seeing his abs.

Aidan smirks to himself knowing (y/n) was watching, zipping up his pants and buckling his belt with a tight thwip and he raises a brow hearing her shudder from the sound. He walks over to her by the vanity and she fakes being busy, catching her eyes widening through the mirror when he pulls her hips flush against his. He rubs her ass cheeks and earns a loud whimper when he smacks her ass cheek, making her grip the table tightly as she falls over from the pleasurable pain.

"Aidan-" she gasps when he smacks her other ass cheek, rubbing their plushness knowing her skin would be red.

"Come back to my hotel with me (y/n)." the brunette whispers in her ear, pressing a searing kiss behind her ear.

"I have a long shift today... I can't-" she shudders when he bucks his hips against her ass. "Baby, I can't~" she simpers out softly and he pouts against her skin, wrapping his arms around her again to hold her tightly and burying his head against her neck. She leans up to hold his jaw, her thumb stroking the apple of his cheek. "Tomorrow, I'm all yours. Like you said, we're having our date. Go home and unpack, keep your mind busy and you'll see me soon enough." her love nods, leaning his head up to press a kiss on her cheek before she turns around in his arms to hook her arms around his neck. "I'm really happy to see you again Aidan." she nuzzles her nose, being so close to him that their lips brushed against each other.

"Me too (y/n)." he breathes out shakily before moving down to kiss her, pushing forward for more and pinning her against her vanity to kiss her deeply. He gripped her hips tight, tilting his head to kiss her passionately, parting her lips to slip his tongue past them to taste her and she shudders as she gently grips his hair.

"You're going to make me late." (y/n) pants when she pulls back from the bruising kiss, earning soft laughter from Aidan.

"Let's get you to work before I get you in trouble."
