Aidan scrambles up from his bed when he hears someone knocking on the door, unable to hold back his wide smile as he opens the door to see (y/n) in front of him. Oh, how he missed hearing her laughter, picking her up and quickly taking her into his room.

"Aidan! Put me down!"

"Nope! I finally have you in my arms after months, there's no way I'm letting you go now." he beams up at his love, peppering sweet kisses all over her face as she chuckles before he drops her down on his bed. He quickly moves to lie with his love, pulling her tight in a hug as his arms wrap around her and her face smushes against his shirt.

"Aidan... you're squishing my nose." his girl tries to lean back and he chuckles in embarrassment before loosening his hold just enough for her to look up at him comfortably. He leans his forehead on hers, caressing her cheeks softly and just letting himself loose himself against her warmth. He sighs blissfully as her gentle fingers comb through his hair, feeling light in her arms.

"I still can't believe you're here..."

"I wanted to come see you. I'm sorry for not being able to talk to you the last few weeks, just-"

"-taking more shifts, I understand baby. When did you land?"

"Just before I saw you. Steve and Jeff gave me my own hotel room near yours to put my luggage away."

"You can always just stay here with me..." the brunette hums, pressing a soft kiss on his lover's lips.

"Kinda inappropriate seeing as now I'm your Personal Assistant." (y/n) chuckles when Aidan pulls back with pure shock, shaking in excitement.

"Wait-"

"-they gave me a paid temp job while I'm here!"

"So does that mean-"

"-I'm staying with you for longer!"

"I CAN'T BELIEVE IT!" the brunette yells in happiness, glomping his girl in a tight hug at the idea of being able to see her every day now! "You're all mine now!" he screams out in excitement as she chuckles. He always felt so guilty taking her away from her work and having her lose her hard-earned money when she came to visit him, but now she was working here with him and still earning money too!

"Thank your producers. They came up with the idea to have me be your PA while I visited you. They felt bad about taking me away from my work so they're paying me. I've never been someone's PA before but I guess the experience would be good." she grins, amused at how excited her boyfriend was at the news.

"Did they ask you for an interview?"

"Nope! They just asked me to send over my resume and bank details and all that shit just for legal safety in case ya know, someone asks. They're cool."

"They really are."

Maybe they knew how down he was lately and brought over his girlfriend to cheer him up. Definitely worked.

"So tomorrow is your first day as my PA?" Aidan smirks as he moves over (y/n) and she raises a brow at him.

"Whatever kinky shit is going through your head, ain't gonna happen. This is still a job and I take that seriously. Plus I start next week with you. We have this week off to celebrate your birthday!"

"You're cooking up something with that brain of yours, aren't you?"

"Maybe... you just need to wait and see tomorrow!"

"Why can't you just tell me now?" the brunette complains as his girl just chuckles.

"Because it ruins the surprise." The brunette leans back with a wicked smile and his girl looks up at him warily, unable to stop him before he starts tickling her. "Aidan-no-!" she squeals out in laughter, trying to wriggle away from his fingers that tickle her sides. "Aidan! I'm going to hurt you!" she warns him with the worry of accidentally punching him, laughing loudly from the tickles and he laughs happily with her. "Aidan!" she squeals out, trying to escape him as she tears up from laughter and curls into a ball.

"Tell me what the surprise is." He grabs her wrists and pins them down by her head before she could swing at him, her panting in relief that he stopped tickling her.

"Nope. Not a chance!" The couple smiles widely at each other, Aidan letting (y/n)'s arms go and holding her waist before leaning down to kiss her. "Still not telling you." she muses and he chuckles, stealing sweet kisses from her.

Aidan groans softly as light hits his eyes but a smile grows on his face when he feels (y/n) snuggle closer against his chest, opening his eyes to see her fast asleep in his arms. He pulls her closer by her waist, hugging her tight as one of his hands combed through her hair. Her arms wrapped around him and he kisses the top of her head, trying not to wake up his girl knowing she was exhausted from her trip over to Toronto. He moves to lay on his back, pulling her on top of him to keep her comfortable as she croons under his chin.

"Why are we moving...?" he hears his girl mumble sleepily and he chuckles, rubbing her back as she huffs awake.

"How are you feeling?"

"Dead tired... jet lag is a bitch..." the brunette holds back his laughter, looking down at his love as she just faceplants against his shirt. He coos softly when she stretches over him, pulling her up closer as she rests against his shoulder. "What's the time?" she muffles and he reaches over for his phone to check the time, not surprised at how early it was.

"You don't want to know."

"Ugh, we need to get up anyway. We have your surprise."

Aidan chuckles as (y/n) says that but doesn't move to get up, being comfortable in his arms as she slowly starts to fall asleep again. "Baby, didn' you say we have to get up?"

"Five more minutes..."

"What time do we have to get to my surprise by?"

"Around ten... before lunch..."

"Get some sleep and I'll get ready." The brunette sits up with his girl as she holds onto him, smiling widely at how she clung to him.

"Nah... I need to get ready too..." she sighs out, leaning back as she rubs her eyes and he brushes her hair back. "Wear something white that you wouldn't mind getting dirty in or stained with colours." he looks at his girl in confusion but nods, helping her stand up off him as she stretches. That was when he realises she was wearing his flannel again and he swoons at how adorable she looks in his clothes.

"Want to have breakfast together?" he asks her, holding her hand as she nods sleepily and he coos softly, rubbing her hips gently.

"Forty minutes?"

"Perfect. I'll come get you beautiful." he kisses her stomach over her flannel, smiling widely as she nods and leaves his room not without saying bye softly. He jumps up full of sudden energy and was excited to see the surprise his love had come up with, rushing to get ready and dress exactly how she asked before picking her up for breakfast. "Woah..." he gasps when she opens the door wearing a simple yet beautiful white dress, tying up her hair while she smiled at him.

She's so pretty...

"Ready?" she asks him and he nods softly, still in awe of her as she grabbed hold of his hand after fixing her shawl over her shoulders. He was completely mesmerised by her, letting her pull him to the cafe downstairs for a simple breakfast together before she called up the driver to take them to his first birthday surprise.

"What do you mean first!? There's more!?" Aidan gasps as (y/n) nods.

"Today and tomorrow!"

"(y/n)!"

"Happy 20th Birthday Aidan!"

"(y/n) what is all this?" Aidan looks around warily at the large park they arrived at, eying the tables full of bowls of coloured powder and others covered in large silver serving dishes with what looked like a buffet and a barbeque. He saw all his friends and his family, the crew, the set workers and even the producers here.

"Well remember how we had that one talk where you wanted to know more about me and that you wish you experienced the colourful event you missed out on in March?"

"Yes?" the brunette smiles, growing excited.

"So we're giving you both." Ritu pops up next to (y/n), a wide smile on her face.

"Keep in mind we're not Telegu but," the girls click their fingers as people come in with large drums, beating a rhythmic sound that shakes the ground. "this is a birthday celebration and we all know we south Asians know how to throw a raging party." (y/n) smirks, clapping her hands to the beat when trumpets come in. Aidan was completely in shock, his girl winking at him when the singers suddenly come in. She steals a quick kiss from his lips and he stumbles forward when she runs back, yelling out once the song starts.

"Let's go!"

Ritu and (y/n) stand together with a group of dancers, bringing everyone up to their feet in shock as they started dancing.

"Holy shit..." Aidan watches in awe as the girls danced with so much energy, the singers joining them along with the drummers spinning around behind them.

"Naatu Naatu Naatu! Pachi Mirapalaga Picha!

NaatuNaatu Naatu Naatu! Vichhu Katthi Laaga Verri Naatu!"

"I didn't know they could move like that!" David gawks at the girls dancing with their shawls, impressing everyone as they went around to pull people onto the dance floor.

"Like beating a drum which makes your heart beat faster, like the shrill voice of a bird which can make your ear numb.

Like the song which can make your fingers snap in rhythm, like the wild dance with a fast beat."

(y/n) came around to Aidan to sing around him, grinning widely as she pulls him closer to the dance floor with her shawl around his neck and he blushes red. Ritu did the same with David, the boys flushing red as the girls spun them around with their shawls before jumping back to dance together again. The dancers all grabbed a handful of powder and an eruption of colour burst up around the dancers as the song grew louder and louder with the singers.

"THAT'S MY GIRL!" the brunette cheers out loudly for his girlfriend, whistling when the beat drops.

Everyone soon joined in to dance together, people throwing the coloured powder at each other. (y/n) grabbed Aidan and put the powder on his cheeks, squishing his face as he beamed at her and he did the same. He spun her around under his arms, making her gasp in shock when he started throwing different coloured powder at her and she tackled him back with more colour.

It was like a love movie in action, the couple screaming in excitement and yelling out in laughter as they threw colour at each other in slow motion. The cast, the family and friends all joined in with the festivities as they danced together. The crew and producers joined in as well, some of them filming Aidan and (y/n) together when he ran after her as she squealed out.

"Come here (y/n)!" he chuckles, handfuls of powder in his hands and he grabs her from behind before spinning her around.

"Aidan!" she gasps as he throws the powder all over her, laughing but he gasps when she suddenly turns around to grab a super soaker and drenches him in water. "That's what you get!" she laughs as his clothes get soaked, people throwing water balloons at each other.

"Come here beautiful." the brunette grabs the soaker from his girl, throwing it away before grabbing her waist. She pulls him closer by wrapping her shawl around his neck, jumping up to kiss him as he holds her tight. He picks her up and kisses her back with a giant smile on his face, water and coloured powder raining over the couple.

"Happy Birthday Aidan."
