Aidan was on patreon with his fans as usual routine, having fun with them finally after everything finally slowly calmed down. When he posted that picture holding (y/n)'s hand at the cinema, people started realising how much he was in love with her and so many fans supported them. There were a few negatives but they were completely out numbered by the growing number of fans that supported the couple and wished them all the best. It seemed that even the news had moved on to more interesting topics so now the couple were in the clear from negativity. Granted it took longer than expected but better no then never.

So now it was to move on to the next step to slowly introduce his love to everyone, still get ahead of Hannah before she posts anything to ruin the work on the positivity they had built together.

Aidan reads over the chat which was bombarded with questions on whether the rumors were true, or if the pictures were real, or asked if he really has a girlfriend. "Yes, I do have a girlfriend. She's the absolute love of my life." He smiles brightly and there were awes from his fans as he goes on to describe (y/n), spinning around in his chair with only love and adoration in his tone for her as he described her in every lovely way imaginable. "God, I don't how I was lucky enough to meet her. I'm so glad I did and I didn't miss her in my life. Shes kind, sweet, absolutely stunning, crazy funny, she's my favourite little introvert and a calm and logical person to my energetic ADHD self. She's a year older than me and I love hearing her talk about her life. It's so different from mine and shes just incredible. We may not have common interests or same hobbies at all but that's what makes everything between us perfect and adventurous. She supports me no matter what. She's everything I had dreamed of come true. She's my perfect girl, my love."

"Holy shit Aidan, you really are in love with her!"

"I am. I'm crazy for her." He beams happily, sighing in bliss as he held his head in his hands as he daydreamed about her until he suddenly hears knocking on his door, looking over to see his love peek her head in. His smile instantly widens brightly and everyone on the Patreon live could clearly see this and realise just how much he was in love with his girlfriend, cheering him on through the screen for finding someone that made him so happy.

"Oh, sorry you're busy. I'll come back later-"

"-no! come in. I haven't seen you all day baby." Aidan makes grabby hands for (y/n) and she chuckles as she walks over, her face hidden since she was standing so the camera cut off just below her chin. The brunette reaches over and grabs her waist, nuzzling her stomach and she combs her fingers through his hair but lightly scolding him.

"Aidan, you're gonna ruin the new dress." she muses as he tilts his chin up on her stomach to look at her dreamily.

"Hmm, it looks so pretty on you. I have good taste huh?" he jokes as his love moves to lean against his chair so she was facing the screen with the fans on it, sitting on the armrest.

"You do have better fashion sense than me."

"You do love wearing your hoodies." He teases her back and she huffs.

"You know I do." she hunches down just a tad and waves to everyone on screen who was saying hello to her but without revealing her face. "Hi everyone. Nice to meet you." some of the fans were asking for her to reveal her face and she sits up straight to continue to conceal her identity.

"Not yet everyone. We're not comfortable yet for a full reveal. I hope you understand that we want to come out together when we're ready." Aidan says sternly as he held (y/n)'s waist tightly seeing how many people kept asking her to reveal herself but they respected his wishes. "Now, what brings my love with her special little drop in today." he teases her as he turns around to give her his full attention. He coos softly when she blushes, squeezing her hips sweetly.

"I wanted to show you the dress..." she mumbles shyly and he raises a brow with a teasing smirk, leaning back away from her and making her stand up just a bit to see her completely in all her beauty.

"Turn around for me baby." he moves his hand to signal her to spin and she slowly moves around for him to give him a view of everything. The brunette's eyes darken from how fucking gorgeous his love is in the dress but he couldn't say anything scandalous in front of everyone, pulling her closer to him as she holds the back of the chair and he holds her jaw to pull her face closer so the lower part of her face was only visible in screen but still hidden from everyone until her hair fell over her shoulder like a curtain.

Aidan leans up to (y/n)'s ear, carressing her jaw and reveling in her light hitch when he groans softly in her ear. "You look absolutely beautiful for me, lovely."

The fans were all watching in shock as the brunette runs his hand down from his loves jaw, his fingers running down her neck and her arm which makes her shudder and soon his hand rests against her waist again. The fans thought that the couple were making out but he was only pressing petal soft kisses on her neck before she scolds him.

"You're live Aidan!" she was flustered as she pushes his head back gently with her hand on his lips and he wiggles his brows at her.

"So?" he says when she lets him, amused at her grumpy but flustered state when she crosses her arms. "Don't be mad at me, my love." he coos softly, holding her chin to pull her down and nuzzle his nose against her sweetly, smiling at her when she smiles back at him and he brushes her hair back to see her properly as he holds her cheeks.

From then on (y/n) joined Aidans livestreams once in a while but not all the time, being in the background and interacting with his fans while still keeping her identity hidden. There were times where she would be reading on his bed behind him, a faceless figure when she walks into his room to greet everyone and the brunette before leaving-not without dropping off his coffee or some food if he hasn't eaten-or even being passed out asleep in his arms before a live.

Like right now.

Aidan had forgotten that he had a live to join, too busy humming to (y/n) who slept in his arms as he slowly spun around in his chair. She was asleep on his chest, her face buried against his neck as her arms drooped around his neck. The brunette got scared by the alarm that went off and quickly shut it off, peering down to see if his love was still asleep and he sighs out in relief that she was. He joins the live and quickly shushes his fans.

"Is that your girlfriend?"

"Is she sleeping?"

"Yeah she's sleeping. I don't have the heart to wake her up." Aidan whispers, kissing the top of (y/n)'s head and the fans go wild at how adorable the couple is. "This is going to be a more chill stream today. I don't want to wake her up. I love having her in my arms like this."

"Awe!"

"That's so cute!"

"They're so adorable I can't!"

"Shhh!"

"She's waking up!"

The brunette notices his love groaning softly and starting to wake up but he quickly lays her head back on his shoulder and sings her to sleep, rubbing her back and she snuggles closer against him.

"Is your girlfriend coming on?"

"We want to say hi to her!"

"How is she?"

"Where is your girlfriend?"

"What is she up to?"

"Damn it seems like my love is more famous than I am." Aidan muses as he reads the chat asking for (y/n), feeling good knowing that his fans loves her now and he figured today would be a good day to do the reveal.

"Yeah we love your girlfriend!"

"She's cool!"

"She's funny!"

"Well lucky for you she's joining us today." The brunette says, looking over at his door when he hears knocking and sees his love peek her head in. "Hey baby."

(Y/n) blushes and walks into his bedroom to pass him his cup of coffee as she sets down her cup of hot drink, hesitating on sitting down on the empty seat next to Aidan and he notices this. He reaches up to hold her hand as he frowns, his thumb rubbing her hand to try and calm her.

"We don't have to do it now." He whispers, standing up and focusing on his love to try and ease her. "We can do the reveal later."

The fans all were being supportive and saying that she didn't have to do it now, to let the couple take their time.

"It's not that... I don't know... do I look ok?" She whispers and the brunette realises that his love was worried about what people would say about her appearance. But he didn't understand, she's so beautiful. He holds her face softly, brushing her hair back.

"You are so beautiful (y/n), you are nothing but gorgeous. My love, you have my heart entirely. No one can change my mind about you." The brunette whispers to his love, low enough that the fans don't hear him. This was just between the two of them. "If anyone says anything bad to you, they're wrong. (Y/n), I fell in love with you." He holds her hand to his chest where his heart was racing for her and only her. "It has always been you."

"Aidan..." she stutters, nose tingling as she tried not to cry but she smiles at him. "Ok, I'm ok." She nods, feeling ready and he smiles at her before leaning down to kiss her forehead.

"Only, and only when you're ready (y/n). I know that the spotlight is not always nice. We can just stop and not do this at all-I know you said you were ok with it but I don't want to force you at all-"

"-Aidan, I'm ok. I think I'm ready." His love whispers.

Aidan nods and sits back down in his seat, still holding (y/n)'s hand tightly. He didn't pull her down, didn't move his hand away from hers. He just waited for her. Waited until she slowly moved down to sit down in the empty seat next to me. Everyone stops for a moment, stopped commenting, stopped talking to give the frightened girl a moment to just be before she waved shyly to everyone.

"Uh, hi everyone..." she clears her throat, already knowing that her face would be all over the internet.

Oh god, what have I done...

"Everyone, this is my beautiful love, (y/n)." The brunette says, wary and protective knowing that his love was now diving nose deep into the mess of the internet. But he will be there every step of the way.

The fans go absolutely wild, extremely positive remarks coming through but that didn't stop (y/n) from feeling so nervous as she read the chat. Aidan gently pats her thigh since her leg was jumping up and down rapidly, rubbing her knee soothingly to ease her anxiousness. It was another subconscious reflex that she doesn't realise she does when she was absolutely stressed or nervous but he had picked up on it through-out the year that have been dating so far. He knows about her physical stress habits and tries his best to get her attention to avoid her from hurting herself. He had noticed that she stutters when her brain is working too fast for her to speak, her leg jumping up and down, her gnawing at her lips and her picking at her nails or her skin.

(Y/n) breaks out of her trance and realises her leg was bouncing and looks over at Aidan who gives her a reassuring smile as he rubs her thigh, her relaxing and leaning into his arms when he pulls her into a hug.

The fans were now bombarding the couple with questions and they both read over them.

"How long have you both been together for?"

"For more than a year now. We had our first anniversary at the beginning of this year in February. A couple days before valentines day."

"You've been dating for that long!?"

"We were hiding our relationship for a while. We wanted our privacy."

"How did you two meet?"

"On his patreon. I needed help with a marketing question for my assessment."

"And then I met her again at a club in her hometown. It was a big coincidence but I recognised her."

"And then we bumped into each other again at my work when he came for a global conference."

"Fate really was trying to get you together."

"They bumped into each other so many times! So cute!"

"You both are perfect for each other!"

Aidan and (y/n) look at each other in relief and soft smiles, the brunette leaning his forehead against his loves and bumps his nose against hers happily. "We did it, my love." He whispers to her and only her, leaning up to kiss her forehead. "I love you (y/n)."
